The layout provides upgraded features not present in other four-bedroom cottage plans. 8 Davis Love is on a larger lot than other cottages and offers more privacy.brbrThe main floor is accessed through an oversized screened porch. The porch has two tables with seating for four people each, plus four rocking chairs.brbrThe main living area consists of an open concept kitchen, breakfast area, dining and family room which is well suited for more people than other Davis Love Cottages.
