Located in the quiet east end of the Island (past the washout), this home enjoys dramatic panoramic views of the Folly River and marsh with peeks of the ocean waves. Sunsets and sunrises here are magical. Marshmellow is across the street from the ocean, and just two houses down from beach access. This very cozy and charming cottage is on an elevated, single main floor. Sleeping areas feature two marsh front bedrooms with queen beds and one day/trundle bed in master for kids.
