The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the lake, as well as a modern en-suite with an extra large shower. This home has so much to offer! It`s got that country charm with a farmhouse luxury feel. The home sits in a quiet cove and has a private dedicated dock slip at Dreher Island (5 minute drive). It does not have a dock on the property.br If the weather isn`t cooperating, take a seat at the bar or dive into a game of Golden Tee or Pac Man. Not a fan of lakewater but still want to swim New in June 2024 this house will have a Pool with a large deck to enjoy. brbrThis home, located in Prosperity, SC, is very private, quiet, and full of wildlife. The front of the home has a large deck perfect for dining and entertaining. Upon entering the home, you are met with a room that has a nice granite bar and a dining room table with seating for 8. The kitchen has additional seating and comes with a keurig and drip coffee maker. The living area has a large flat screen TV over the fireplace and two very comfortable couches for relaxing. brbrThe Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a view overlooking the lake as well as its own second story deck. This is a perfect spot for a cocktail at night after putting the kids down. The master bathroom has been renovated with new tile, sinks, and an in wall heater for the colder months. brbrThe two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom with a shower. The basement walks out to the lake and has a queen bedroom with a futon for sleeping 4. There is also a full bath on this level with a bathtub / shower combo.brbrThe outdoor space is vast and gives the guests access to the cove with a firepit. In the summer months, the cove is filled. Regardless of the month, guests have access to use two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards, which can be launched from the cove. New to 2024 the home also features a large bocce ball court. The court is lighted at night for some family competition!brbrGuests have full access to the entire home and the property. brbrDreher Island State Park is a short golf cart ride away. Guests can explore the park, which is about 2.5 miles from the home and launch their boat from the wide boat launches at the park.brbrGuests will be provided a code prior to their arrival for entry into the front door.brbrThe home is at the end of a quiet street which is perfect for long morning walks.brbrGuests are encouraged to bring their bikes, golf carts, and anything else they`d like to explore the local area of lake homes and country roads.brbrNote: The pool is not available from October 15 through April 15th. The Hot Tub is new to 2026 and will be available from September 15th - May 1st. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months.brbrIndoor living: Lake Views, flat screen smart tv, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen*, central A/C and heat as well as window units for complete comfort on those hot summer days, linens, towels, hair dryer, bathtub, and iron all included. The fully stocked kitchen and back deck BBQ grill is ready roll. Indoor dining seating for 12! Outdoor deck seating for 4. How about a boat up to the property dock Heaths cove has it. Take just a few steps off the back porch and you are ready to fish and swim. Life jackets and two person kayak provided for your enjoyment. I have personally played on this lake and in this exact cove for over 50 years. Squeaky clean and well-maintained property. Bring the family, bring the boat, just getaway, or stay for work as a great alternative to that hotel you don't want to be in. One pet is welcome with a fee at booking. Many lake restaurants 2-15 min drive by car or boat. Several marinas to put your boat in, Riverwinds is 5 min boat ride to dock. Fiddler Blues restaurant is 5 min by boat or vehicle. You won.t find a better accommodation on the lake than Heaths Cove. We are from here, still here, hometown people that love to see others enjoy the lake as much as we still do. Owners live in the area.

We've also added a full size popcorn machine, soft serve ice cream & cotton candy machine, for kids of all ages. Enjoy the days or evenings on the covered back porch while cooking on the propane grill and taking in the beautiful view (often Bald Eagles are spotted across the cove in the trees). Relax around the fire pit making smores or enjoying an adult beverage. The property has a private boat dock with plenty of room to accommodate 6 cars & a boat trailer out front. We've provided a pack and play, a high chair and a children's gate for the steps, if needed. There is also a playset for children in the front yard. There is a pull out couch in the loft area for extra sleeping space. This cabin is minutes away from Chapin which has several dining options. If it's a rainy day there is a pool table and juke box for your enjoyment, along with several board games and a computer with internet access. We also have Cornhole so you don't have to pack your boards and bags.
