Thanks so much!brbr? Quiet Hours are 10:30pm-6:30am. We love our sleep as I’m sure you do too!br? You must sign a waiver before using the pool, hot tub, and fire pit releasing us from being responsible for any injuries that may occur while using these amenities. We have ensured your safety on our end. Rules are posted outside, within the listing, and in our guest book. Any injuries that may occur would be due to personal misuse of the facilities.br? No eating or drinking on furniture or in bedrooms. You are welcome to eat at the pub table in the living room and on the outdoor patio area. Water and popcorn are the only exceptions to this rule.br? The trampoline, our living quarters upstairs, the upper level deck, and the garage are off limits. We like our privacy and prefer no peeping toms just like you!br? No candles or burning flames allowed.br? Turn off lights and TV when leaving the house. br? While we know the view of the woods is great, please leave the door going outside shut. My son and I have severe allergies, and the hot air rises to our part of the home, making our air unit work over time. Not to mention with being surrounded by woods, you’re welcoming the lovely bugs into our home. No one likes waking up to spiders or moths on them.br? Smoking is not allowed in the house or anywhere on the property.br? Parties, events, and recreational drugs are not allowed. br? No outside guests are allowed in or on the property. We are all for some good fellowship but only for our paid guests.br? Place trash in trash cans.br? Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. No one likes a clogged toilet, and you only have one down there so use it wisely.br? If you use the fire pit, take the water hose and spray down the fire after use to ensure it is completely out.br? Leave the fire in the fire pit. Leave your pyro tendencies at home as death by fire is not the way I want to go out.br? You are allowed one parking spot in the driveway. You can have one additional car that must be parked in the grass at the top of the driveway, just pass the mailbox. The car must stay off the road completely.br? No pets allowed.br? When you leave the house and go to bed, please make sure to lock doors and windows.br? Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security amount must be paid by guest and will be reported to Airbnb.brbrPool and Hot Tub Rulesbr? Do not leave pool toys in the pool and place back in their proper place. This can clog the pool, and then no one can use it. What fun is that?br? All children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper at all times in the pool.br? Use the restroom inside the house and not in the pool.br? Hang up wet towels on the hooks underneath the deck.br? No food or drink in the pool or hot tub.br? Swimming hours are 8am to 8pm.br? No diving is allowed in the shallow end.br? No floats are allowed on the pool slide. You must go down the pool slide feet first and not head first. Only one person is allowed on the pool slide at a time. Make sure the person that goes down the slide has swam away from the slide before the next person goes down. Failure to obey these pool slide rules will result in being unable to use the slide since your safety is our highest concern.br? No running around the pool.br? Pool gate must be closed at all times. We don’t want any critters or unsupervised children coming in.br? Children under the age of 14 cannot be left unattended in the pool for ANY amount of time.br? Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. Children overheat more quickly than adults. Let’s not fry your kids, k?br? Senior citizens and those with preexisting health issues should use the hot tub with caution. While we are trained in CPR, I’d prefer to not use it any time soon.br? Do not stay longer than 15-30 minutes in the hot tub. We’d prefer no one pass out on this trip.br? Please exhibit appropriate behavior in the outdoor areas. IE No hanky panky. Swimsuits must be worn at all times. The only full moon I and my kids want to see is in the night sky.br? Cover hot tub when you are finished.br? Rinse off before entering the hot tub or pool if you have product in your hair or have lotion, cologne, or perfume on. It can affect the pH balance, and no one wants to be in a hot tub of algae. brbrWe have these rules to maintain your safety and so that everyone can have a great time. We will have respect and consideration for you while in our home and ask you have the same for us. We thank you in advance.
