The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake to your hearts desire, including two ovens.brThe patio is perfect for hosting family get togethers or just sitting by the fire pit. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the Running Y resort from the patio.brThere is also a set apart office area (with a sofa bed) that you could use for zoom meetings or just some quiet work. An additional private office is located in the laundry area. brThere are 3 bedrooms and an office, which is the 4th bedroom with a sofa bed. brbrThe master has its own private bathroom with a large tub and a large shower. The master bedroom connects to the gorgeous patio. Enjoy the king sized bed, while enjoying the view of Running Y out the window.brBedroom two had another king bed with a sleep master mattress. There are children’s toys and books available in this room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is an office and has a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.brThere is a large bathroom (with a tub and shower) in between each bedroom. brThe laundry room is equipped with everything you will need, including a separate desk for those quiet calls.brWe love board games and have dozens for your family to use during your stay.brWe love this house and know you will love it too! brbrThis house comes with 6 passes to the Running Y Resort fitness center and pool!brbrBy booking you have confirmed that you have read the house rules listed below. brbrHouse Rules:brThis is our dream home. Please help us take good care of it! brWe are sorry but there is no smoking or vaping. brbrIf possible, please take your shoes off at the front door. brbrNo parties or events, including large family birthdays, reunions or memorials without prior approval. This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors. brbrAlso, only 8 guests allowed over night, including children.brbrPlease do not have packages delivered to the house as many are delivered to the locked mailbox and you will not have access to the locked box. brbrWe welcome up to two trained dogs in our home. If you have more dogs, you may write a request to the hosts. We provide a small inside kennel and there is also an outside kennel too. We ask that you please do not leave your dog unattended in our home and that you pick up after your furry friend. Sorry, we do not accept cats due to family allergies. brbrNo tent camping or campers/trailers/RV allowed, due to HOA rules. brbrPlease note: We do have a few closets locked in the house, for owner storage. My guests rave about this option – ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) • See Crater Lake in a New Way!•brbrDowntown is entirely walkable.brbrPlus the Bus stops up two blocks if you don't want to drive!brbrCrater Lake is only an hour away and you can rent bikes at Hutch's Downtown (plus even bike racks if you are renting a car)!brbrOther Things to Note:brN. 9th is a one way street so you need to go up to Jefferson in order to turn on to 9th Street and make the right turn into the driveway. Look for the only vacant lot with a fence and then turn right into the driveway.brbrPlease do not leave the exterior doors open for an extended period of time as bugs can enter the home. Most of our doors have a storm &/or screen door and the interior windows in the bedrooms have screens so better to use those instead. brbrThis home was built in the 1930s - so while this home is clean, the bathtub does not have a new porcelain look. It is now a beige color and it has normal stains from years of use. It is clean & sanitary and we use Magic Erasers on it regularly. But please do not expect it to be pearly white. brbrPlease also note that we ask all guests to keep their areas of use free & clear of ice and snow. If there is not a snow shovel - let me know and I will bring one over. We also ask you to water during the spring/summer months especially long term guests as we do not get enough rain to keep the landscaping & lawns healthy.brbrInteraction with Guests:brYou have full access to the home. This is not shared. However, I am only a few blocks away if you need anything. We offer Dark Roast coffee and two types of Tea (usually Earl Grey & a Mint Tea), plus sugar w/honey and individual creamer containers. There are also the basics - Sea Salt & Pepper grinders, Oil spray for cooking and Dishsoap + Lysol for clean ups. Iron, Ironing Board + Hair Dryer if you need them. Plus there are several fabulous cafes a few blocks away! Leap of Taste has Internet and so does the Daily Bagel!

While it is not small enough to be considered a tiny home - it will be too tight for 3 adults. Two adults and a child would be fine. brbrThe couch has a chaise built in and would sleep a smaller child rather well. Just let me know if you plan to do this so I can get twin bedding there for you. brbrI also have a crib/toddler bed available if you need that instead. It will be tight but it should fit in front of the washer/dryer which is close to the main bedroom. brbr If you are wondering what a tiny home would be like - this is a great trial experience! It is a super cute Smarthome (which means you control the lights via Keypads and remote controls) and it is complete with an updated kitchen, stainless steel farmsink, granite countertops, dishwasher, microhood, self-cleaning oven and a washer & dryer. Everything one needs!brbrPlease do not leave the patio doors open for an extended period of time as bugs can enter the home. There is no feasible way for me to put screens on this double door. The front door has a storm screen door and all the windows in the bedrooms have screens. brbrThis home was built in the 1980s - so while this home is clean, the bathtub does not have a new porcelain look. It is now a beige color and it has normal stains from years of use. It is clean & sanitary and we use Magic Erasers on it regularly. But please do not expect it to be pearly white. brbrPlease also note that we ask all guests to keep their areas of use free & clear of ice and snow and to water during the spring/summer months especially long term guests as we do not get enough rain to keep the landscaping & lawns healthy.brbrInteraction with Guests:brYou have full access to the home. Unfortunately - this platform does not allow a different security deposit for nightly stays versus monthly stays (which it should so we have to plan for monthly stays). brbrWe do ask that you tidy up the home at move out, clean all the cooking knives and cookware you used by hand (not dishwasher friendly), load and start the dishwasher and pull off the linens and towels and please put in the hamper. It takes 2 hours to do a king wash so I take this all to the laundry matt if all 5 kings were used. brbrWe do our best to keep our homes spotless and in order to do that - we do ask that you return the home clean and in the same condition received it when you moved in so it is ready for the next guests coming in. We do clean between all guests and deep clean the homes often.
