Very private; once you pull into the drive, you don't see anything but the ocean! brbrThe kitchen and dining area are great for entertaining, and the living room is a small step down from the rest of the home, hosts a wood stove, and has a slider out to a large covered deck, which can be great when there is the weather here! The primary bedroom is quite large and has a wonderful soaking tub in the bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the opposite of home, next to the guest bathroom for privacy. Wonderful for two couples, family, romantic vacation! Some of our regular guests have been returning here for over 16 yrs! It is definitely a favorite!brbrThe Halpern House is a lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, Ocean View home in a private neighborhood in Seal Rock. This home has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining areas, and from the back deck which runs the width of the house.
