Cozy, peaceful getaway - less than 5 min from downtown Klamath

It was a great as we were passing through.

This was a nice house with a great porch. It was sufficient for our needs. We were a bit chilly at times and used a space heater at the kitchen table. The only drawback was an odd smell (like unwashed clothing maybe? A titch musty?). The host was very responsive. A good value for the charges. Don’t shy away because of my review. This was a good rental.

Host was very welcoming, they responded quickly when questions were asked. It was very quiet, relaxing, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. If I am back in Klamath Falls I would rent again.

The place was great, had everything you need. Location was the best, as it was close to our daughter’s house. The only down side was we stayed in December and it got really cold at night. There was no central heating, but plenty of heaters were available. Would still stay here again.

We had a short stay but the hosts were very welcoming and the home was perfect. Very clean. Spacious, warm and the beds are super comfy. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet with spectacular views of town. There are lots of extra blankets, towels and even ice in the freezer. We would absolutely stay again!

Everything was great except the uneven walk way from the street. In the dark you can not see that there is a 3-4 inch drop off the sidewalk.

Quaint house with everything we needed.

The house is on the older side, but very well maintained with an updated and very clean, well appointed kitchen and bathroom (just one, but that was ok for the one night we stayed). The deck outside was awesome, and a nice place to relax after a long drive. Stores aren't really within walking distance, so you'll need to drive a bit to get food. We stayed on a milder summer day, but the owner had the AC going for us before we arrived (much appreciated!). There is no central air, but the individual AC units did the job well in each room -- except for the kitchen which didn't have a unit in there. Overall, a very nice, reasonably priced place. Everyone loved it.

Very quiet neighborhood. House is very cute and my kids loved the loft area. Everything showed that the host cared about their customers ( the little coffee bar).

Great location for OIT campus events. The house is decorated very cute, stocked with nice amenities, and very comfortable for families to hang out together!

This was a cute house in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for my family. The house was well supplied and ready to go. Beds were comfortable and air conditioners were positioned throughout so the sleeping was good. Although there was only one bathroom, we made it work out fine for five people. We would recommend this listing and stay there again!

The house is amazing. Super cute and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is on a corner, but the streets do not have heavy traffic. We didn't explore the neighborhood, but it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely place. Fit our stop over needs. Close to town. We had breakfast at the waffle stop. It was good and would recommend. My only comment to improve the stay would be installing a light sensitive porch light. It was dark when we arrived.

Great stay. Convenient to fishing and birding. Pleasant neighborhood to walk in. Don’t be fooled; there is hot water , it just takes a while to heat up. Host is easy to reach and helpful. . Thanks a bunch.

Parking and check-in were a breeze. Communication was above and beyond! House was comfortable and it easily accommodated our 7 person family (kids 5, 8, 10, 10, 14) all slept upstairs comfortably.After we left our, 5 year old remembered she left a doll where no one remembered to look. The host responded so quickly located it, and arranged a pick up for us. Like I said, above and beyond with communications Perfect stay, thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in Klamath Falls. The little house was perfect. We loved the outside ambiance and will definitely stay there again if ever back in Klamath Falls.

Great house. Clean. Beautiful area. Friendly hostess. Needs to rely on fans, but they are adequate. Carpets are stained and could be replaced in the upstairs.

Nice place, easy in easy out , clean updated everything you want in a place to stay

Our stay at this property was disappointing. While it was relatively clean, the house showed signs of neglect with stained carpets, bad smell from carpet, and an overall worn condition. The biggest issue was the lack of adequate air conditioning, making the living areas, kitchen, and main bedroom unbearably hot. The single bathroom was also cramped. Although there was an AC unit upstairs, it didn’t suffice for the rest of the house, leaving the temperature between 85 to 90 degrees. This made it impossible to relax, forcing us to leave during the day to escape the heat. A rental should provide a comfortable environment for rest, and this property failed to meet that basic expectation.
