A nice quiet cabin

I was concerned when I didn’t receive any check in information and no response to my messages. Since the property is off the beaten path I was worried we would get there and there wasn’t a room. After getting John’s phone number we were able to confirm. Once at the property we were able to grab dinner play some shuffleboard and settle into a wonderful cabin. Perfect for a stay beautiful bathroom and heated floors. Lived all the details. The view was limited in cabin 2 not of the lake but a nice stay.

The rooms really nice, nicer than expected. Bed was super comfortable. Our host was very nice and helpful and easy to get a hold of. My only negative was the restaurant was never open and there’s not a lot to eat around there.

The owner of this property is the person you check in with when you get to the property, no communication before from Vrbo channel. I was nervous with no communication before I got there but it turned out ok. There was no Wi-Fi in the cabin and the clothes washer and dryers were awful. The restaurant and boat docks are great and cabins are redone. We just needed Wi-Fi and washing done so we’re disappointed they didn’t work.

The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was in excellent condition and very clean. Beautiful part of Oregon and a reasonable drive from Ashland and Crater Lake. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised at the room with the balcony view. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Parking was great and we enjoyed riding our mountain bikes in the area.

The cabins are super nice and have been updated recently. The restaurant and bar are nice (plus free pool and shuffleboard) My only negative is the service at the restaurant and bar was short- staffed ( understandable with the pandemic still wrenching havoc on the food service industry) I would visit again, hopefully make time to rent a party boat on my next visit. If visiting Crater Lake it’s less then a 45 min drive to the front gate of the park.

This was our second time staying this year and everything was just as amazing as last time! And the amazing staff made sure that my wife had one of the most memorable birthdays ever! We will definitely be staying again and again

Great cabin

The cabin was very private despite being in a duplex of two cabins connected. Everything was quite lovely we were really surprised by how nicely appointed and romantic everything was in the cabin. The folks who take care of things there obviously care about the quality of guest stays. We were checked in on appropriately but not too much. We also ate at the restaurant .... we had a veggie burger which was surprisingly amazing.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful accommodation not a detail was spared. My husband especially loved the heated bathroom floors. I loved the soaking tub and shower. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We cant wait to come back again. Truly a hidden gem.

The place was alright but the back area with the tub could have used some greenery, color or something. Felt a bit blah … especially because you could hear neighbors like we were in the same room.

Off the beaten path, so bring what you need. Accomodations were very nice in the cabin. Do yourself a favor and turn the heated bathroom floors on when you arrive; you'll thank me later. Julia is the server, cook, bartender and everything in between, and works her butt off! We loved her!!!!! This was a great stay, and we're pleasantly surprised. Again, there is nothing near by, so you have to bring what you need.

Cabin was great and the area is amazing. The only thing that keeps me from rating this stay a 5 is that the restaurant, bar are run by one person which is a tough duty. Still, we will return for another stay.

The cabin is great but the tub/shower combo was amazing and well worth it! Super relaxing

Place is very clean and nice. If you have questions you need to actually call the host by phone. After that he is very helpful and will make the stay very enjoyable

It was great! Walking distance to boat ramp and restaurant. Very nice cabin. Only down fall is the TV didn’t work in the cable. We stayed in the same cabin last year also, and had the same problem with the TV. Our friends stayed in the cabin next to us and their TV worked fine.

Terrible. We arrived to find that the cook had quit the day prior and so the dining room and bar was closed for our entire stay. Also on our departure day, we woke to find that our electricity had been cut off. So, we dressed and packed in the dark and left this awful place. NEVER BE BACK

We had a great time staying at Harriman Springs. The cabin was very nice and clean. It was 45 min-1 hour drive to Crater Lake. Thank you again John for having us!

The stay was okay for the most part. It states on the booking it is Ada accessible and that is not true. The bed is too high. There is a massive step into the shower. No shower chair and a wheelchair cannot fit through the door to the toilet (which is a massive problem) And cabin 2 parking has two steps up to the ramp. If cabin 3 party parks too close to the ramp there is no wheelchair access. This is by no means accessible or ada compliant.

This cabin is a gem in the middle of a mountain forest!!!

Beautiful cabin with an amazing tub. Very clean and updated. Really enjoyed our stay and John and his crew were all very kind.

Nice Cabin, with a nice (not cleaned) Patio.No space in the wardrobe.And the Bed is not very comfortable.But we had an nice time there.The Highlight is the huge and beautiful bathroom.

The cabin was very clean tidy and had absolutely everything that I needed. I would definitely stay here again, and if you do-be sure to bring yourself some bubble bath! Make sure you check with the property owner prior to your arrival to find out where you can get the key.

My fiance and i made a romantic date night reservation and we received NO code or key to get into the room. We emailed and called many times, left messages and no response. We communicated well in advance, to receive the code to the room, as we knew the resort closed at 7. We were late arriving, as we traveled from california and didnt even make it to the resort because the website said they closed at 7. We made another reservation for the night at another hotel. This was a horrible experience with vrbo and the resort. We request a FULL REFUND and will think twice about returning to this resort and vrbo.

We arrived a bit off season, gps took us to a different community so use the directions from the owner, not gps. Met John (owner) who handed off the keys and gave us the lay of the land. Had dinner at the restaurant in the community, grabbed some food supplies at a local market and settled in. The cabin was very well appointed, unbelievably clean, fluffy towels and felt more luxurious than expected. We used this as our base to hike Crater Lake and check out the area, which was wonderful! If going off season, know that services are limited (restaurants, gas, groceries) as this is in a pretty remote area. Lovely lake.

We stayed in cabin 2. It was cute and cozy with an amazing bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. The cell service was nonexistent coming in, and this is a very remote place. There were no instructions sent on as how to check in when we got there. We were able to find the place, and get a key at the bar/restaurant (horrible food there by the way) and check in.

We stayed here while visiting Crater Lake and the Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway. This was a nice cabin, clean and quite area. The check-in process goes like this, you have to go down to the restaurant and find the owner to get the key. Nice old man who seems to have his hands full with managing this place. We lost power twice while we were here with normal weather, not sure what that was about but be aware you might encounter this. It was not that bad as the outside temps were nice. A few things to keep in mind, we visited during the off season and the restaurant is only open on Friday and Saturday. Our stay was Tuesday - Friday so we did not get to eat at the restaurant. There are limited food options in this area so be prepared for that as well, Klamath Falls is about a 45 min drive one way. There is a convenience a few miles down the road we visited a few times. Overall this is not a bad place to stay. Crater Lake is a must if you are in the area and get gas before heading up there as there are not many gas stations in the area.

2 night stay with full day spent driving 30 miles to Crater lake. Nice day. Resort is quite a ways from the nearest restaurant and only a microwave to heat food so be prepared especially when restaurant at resort is closed Monday and Tuesday nights with exception of Monday night football openings. We weren’t there to fish or swim, but resort is beautiful and I found myself wishing we were there when it was warmer and open to have dinner and a drink on the deck and enjoy the lake.. Evidently the power goes out a lot, which then necessitates resetting cable we never did get the TV to work, but that’s not a dealbreaker for us at all, but thought I would mention it. We would stay there again.

We were familiar with the area so we knew the places around were limited for eating out etc. The room inside was updated and basically clean except for the bedspread and chairs. The outside deck needed lots of maintenance attention including cleaning. Very quiet. Unfortunately for us the resort is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and those were the days we were there. Tried to rent a boat but we couldn't coordinate since it was closed. Wifi was very frustrating going on and off. Great area for kayaking and bird watching. Fort Klamath museum was interesting.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay.

Able to communicate with host, John for easy check in. Room was well equipped, huge shower/tub room and heated bathroom floor! We enjoyed the balcony deck (seat cushions would have been nice) a lot! It was convenient having a refrigerator and microwave. We did not realize the restaurant was not open on Monday and Tuesday, the two nights we were there. Nearby restaurants were limited (2) and the two nearby markets had very little so come prepared!

Location is beautiful. Cabin was above our expections!
