Look for the only vacant lot with a fence and then turn right into the driveway.brbrPlease do not leave the exterior doors open for an extended period of time as bugs can enter the home. Most of our doors have a storm &/or screen door and the interior windows in the bedrooms have screens so better to use those instead. brbrThis home was built in the 1930s - so while this home is clean, the bathtub does not have a new porcelain look. It is now a beige color and it has normal stains from years of use. It is clean & sanitary and we use Magic Erasers on it regularly. But please do not expect it to be pearly white. brbrPlease also note that we ask all guests to keep their areas of use free & clear of ice and snow. If there is not a snow shovel - let me know and I will bring one over. We also ask you to water during the spring/summer months especially long term guests as we do not get enough rain to keep the landscaping & lawns healthy.brbrInteraction with Guests:brYou have full access to the home. This is not shared. However, I am only a few blocks away if you need anything. We offer Dark Roast coffee and two types of Tea (usually Earl Grey & a Mint Tea), plus sugar w/honey and individual creamer containers. In the summer the trout come from all over the 94,000 acre lake into the bay in front of the cabin. These wild trout are a strain of steelhead landlocked in the lake 80 years ago. They average 2-3 pounds and fish over 8 pounds are not uncommon. This is a favorite spot for fly fishermen. There are miles of canoe and kayaking trails throughout the marsh.
