In 2024 we installed 2 new HVAC units to ensure you stay cool in the NC summer and also added new washer and dryer. brbrThe open floor plan of the 3rd floor maximizes the sights and sounds of ocean and surf either from the wall of full-length windows or out on the wide deck. If you're like our family, you'll take full advantage of the high-speed internet for any devices you bring along. You'll find family games, cards, and a few books in the shelves and cupboards of the beautiful built-in entertainment center. brbrThe spacious kitchen with granite countertops and high-quality appliances is designed so that you rarely have to look away from the beautiful ocean or sky. It may be the wonderful marine life on the island that you’ll spot, the shells you collect, the life on the beach around you - whatever you find brings you happiness and a sense of fulfilment at the ocean. brbrThis is one of the most popular locations on the island! brThe home is on an ocean front lot. You can see it has two duplexes built in front of it but you still have a great ocean and beach view to your left, right and straight ahead. You are only a number of steps to the sand! brYou can sit out on the high top deck chairs, and enjoy the scenery. Plus as an extra bonus you can clearly see the waves, and often dolphins, from the kitchen and living area. brGuests love this location as the home is on a quiet street. It’s very rare there’s any street noise so you can hear the ocean at night too! We have a wonderful private beach access for the townhomes to use and it’s literally steps from the front door. brThere is no road to cross to the beach and you are almost on the beach due to being on an ocean front lot already! You will not need to carry the beach gear far that's for sure. So much easier if you have little ones or your dogs with you. brbrBed linens, Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, along with all the necessary items such as hair dryers, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning sprays, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper and washing detergents are all provided for you with no limit! Plus beach chairs, loungers, Beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, and a beach blanket. brWe even provide a furry friends kit if you are bringing along your pet- dog bowls, poop bags, dog blankets, a medium/ small crate and of course some tasty treats are all there for your dog. It's their vacation too right! All this is included in your stay at no extra cost to you! brbrThe home has 3 smart TVs including one 65” screen with 125 channels including ESPN. brThe kitchen is fully equipped with all items you will need if you decide to cook in and enjoy the ocean view on an evening. brThere is a water boiler, coffee machine and a keurig and pods. brThe home has a king bed in the ocean side bedroom, a queen and twin in the second bedroom on the quiet roadside with the washing machine and dryer. I feel the size of the home would best suit families of up to 3-5 people. The kitchen, dining and living area is upstairs. There’s one flight of stairs to access this area in the house, and there are stairs outside from the carport up to the front door. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower floor. The unit is 978 sq foot. brbrWe have had this rental just over a year and refurbished it at the start of 2023. We have changed most of the furniture and decor and added everything you need- if you have stayed at the home before please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. brWe are very excited to host you in 2024- we have been having vacations on Topsail island for many years and adore the island. We want you to enjoy our new home and Topsail Island as much as we do.
