Not quite ocean front, but almost! Just a few steps to the sand! Pet friendly.

My pup and I had a great time. Loved the townhouse which was equipped with everything you would need from charging cords, to snacks, beach towels, chairs and more. I spent time on the back porch which has a view of the ocean which was great. It's not ocean front but you could sit drink your coffee and watch the surfers in the early morning riding the waves from the porch. You won't be disappointed if you were to rent this place.

The property was super clean. Upon arrival, lots of convenient amenities provided, including coffee, a welcome basket, blankets, and towels for a family of four, pet treats for our dog! The beach view was incredibly peaceful and the location was just far enough away from the “town” that nights were quiet.

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was very clean and basically ocean front! The host and owner of the property were very sweet and great about responding to any questions we had. The house is stocked with everything you need! We will definitely be returning!

This is a great property! We packed our clothes and a few other things and this rental had everything else we needed for a weekend away. Loved the beautiful furniture & cozy throws for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The owner communicated all along the way and even gave us a late check out so we could explore as long as possible! The water at this beach is SO blue and we found a lot of shark’s teeth in the surf. Highly recommend Sea Life and Surf City! We’ll be back!

Great location, property and very relaxing!

We booked a stay here last minute and the host and the property manger were both very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My husband and I came with our 1.5 year old son and two dogs, and there were so many thoughtful touches for both babies and dogs (high chair, baby books, black out shades, dog treats, bowls etc) that made the whole experience feel very inviting. Great view and beach access from the unit. I would definitely recommend this listing to other families with young children and/or dogs!

Maybe the best thing I can say about this rental is that it was exactly as advertised. “Almost” ocean front, with just enough of a view of the water to enjoy it, and honestly closer to the water than many rentals we’ve had that were technically ocean-front. It is a great location that is walking distance to many great dinner and breakfast spots, and the setup is perfect for a family looking for a low-effort beach getaway. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked a return visit for this spring!

This is our second stay at this property. Steps from the beach absolutely perfect location! The host is amazing!

Overall, we did enjoy our stay for four nights at your property however, I did find very long strand of hair on one of the blankets as I use them to keep warm. I also feel that use shower door in the bathroom more hygienic than a use of a shower curtain. I would definitely refer your property to anyone that was looking to visit surf city in the future.

My wife, dog and I came here for a long weekend. Property was as described. Great location, with a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved that the beach was so close and shops and restraunts were all within walking distance, which was our way of getting around for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing property. Number one the location is so convenient. Covered parking and just about 30 steps and you are on the beach. Yes...I counted! Every little detail and necessity is included so you can just enjoy yourself. We will be back!
