Stayed Jul 26, 2025Beautiful vacation home. This was our 2nd time staying in this home, and it does not disappoint. We had our entire family, including 4 kids and a baby. The kids loved the upstairs game room and the pool. Easy access to what amounts to a private beach thanks to the gated community. We will not hesitate to return for a 3rd time.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We loved our stay at Sandown South. It was perfect for our family of 11, ranging from 9 to 73 years old. We loved the two great rooms, allowing the children to have their own space away from the adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the ability to see water from both sides of the house. Can't say anything negative about this home.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Wonderful house situated for stunning beach and intercostal views! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable outdoor and indoor living spaces on all levels. What a treat to have a lovely pool and spa right out the back door! Multiple refrigerators/freezers and dishwashers made it easy to prepare and clean up meals. Home owners were lovely to work with. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for luxury on Sunset Beach!
