Off season we have a (3) night minimum. brWe are a clean, comfortable and affordable beach home located mid block on the popular west end of the island. The living area and dining room (seats 6) are just off the kitchen with a 3 seat breakfast bar. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room, and another TV in one of the bedrooms. The house has 4 bedrooms total, 2 on each side of the house. Each side has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, the other has 2 twins, with a Jack and Jill bathroom between, perfect for 2 young families to share. If you want to be outside you can enjoy coffee on the screened front porch in the morning, and husk corn for dinner or just lounge on the back deck in the afternoon.Your pet will enjoy the view from either porch too. Under the house there is plenty of room for side by side parking, and the kids will enjoy a swing, table and chairs for snacks or games, and concrete pad for their chalk artwork. There's an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off that sand and sunscreen!brbrBed linens and bath towels are provided along with a starter kit of paper and plastic supplies - enough paper and plastic supplies to get you through your 1st and 2nd day.
