We have ample off street parking including a 2 car attached garage and RV/boat trailer parking.brbrThe main living/dining area is very spacious with vaulted ceilings & sliding glass doors to overlook the lake. A 50'' flat screen with HD, satellite, & DVD player are provided. We also have a DVD library for your enjoyment. We have a brand new reclining, leather sofa & love-seat plus an over-sized rocker for comfortable seating. The combined dining area has seating for 6. brbrThe kitchen is very spacious & fully stocked if you wish to prepare your own meals. Kitchen towels & starter paper towels are provided for your use. We have a bar with 3 bar stools & also an eat in kitchen table with seating for 5.brbrThere are 3 bedrooms on the main level with 2 full baths. The 2 guest bedrooms are situated on the opposite end of the house from the master for privacy. The guest bedrooms each have brand new queen pillow top mattresses with 600TC sheets and flat screen TVs with Direct TV.brbrThe master has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, 600TC luxury sheets, full bath with soaker tub & separate shower & a walk in closet. The master has sliding glass doors leading out to the large upper deck & allows you to wake up to the beauty of the lake each morning. There is a 42'' LED TV with Direct TV as well.brbrThe lower level living area has comfortable couches with seating for 5. Curl up on a cold winter night in front of our gas fireplace with a good book from our library. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV, DVD player and board games to keep the whole family occupied on a rainy day. brbrAdjacent to the living area is a game room with pool table & bar area. We have bar essentials provided so all you have to do is bring your own drinks. brbrA very large 4th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed with brand new pillow top mattress & twin bunk beds. Luxury linens are again provided & this room has amazing lake views with sliding glass doors leading out to the lower patio with hot tub. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV provided.brbrDown the hall is an office in case you must bring your work with you & high speed wireless internet is throughout the house so you can stay connected. There is also a full bath downstairs with washer & dryer for your convenience. We have also added a full size air hockey table.brbrOutdoors we have just as much to offer! Relax in our 6 person hot tub with radio, led lights & waterfall. We have ample tables & seating on the new upper deck with trex decking & lower patio. We have a gas grill for those family cookouts or you may want to roast marshmallows by the water at the fire pit area br(seasonal). brbrBring your own boat or jet ski or rent from one of our area marinas & launch it just 2 lots down at our private community boat ramp. We have a covered dock with electric & bar stools for seating. Bask in the sun on the sun deck or jump in for a swim! We are located in a very quiet cove that has almost no traffic. Feel free to take our paddle boat out for a venture in the cove as well. PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home. If you are coming to Lake Norman to enjoy the outdoors, this is the home for you! The home has a large deck looking over the lake, a covered patio with a table with seating for 4, a gas grill and ceiling fan. A fire pit for cool nights, roasting hot dogs and making smores! The lake shore features a white sandy beach with a gazebo, and seawall with steps leading into the water. Near the shore, the water is shallow enough for children to play! We also have a large covered boat dock. Explore the lake in the paddle boat or canoe! Life vests in various sizes are down on the dock for your safety. Inside, the large master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet, with sliding doors leading out onto the deck. Upstairs, you will find a loft style bedroom. (There is no door, it is open to the stairs.) It has a double bed. You walk through that bedroom to bedroom #3. It has a queen bed and sliding glass door leading onto a deck. Both the lift bedroom and the queen bedroom have their own half bath. From bedrooms 2 & 3, up another set of stairs is our game room. It is perfect for rainy days or just for fun. We have a pool table, lots of board games, a 49 TV. There are (2) XL Twin/Over Queen bunkbeds in the game room, making a perfect sleeping are for kids and teens! The game room also has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances (a coffee maker and a Keurig are provided) and a counter-height table with seating for 7. There are two folding tables and 8 folding chairs for extra seating located in the master closet. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace and a 65 smart TV. Wi-Fi is also included. brWasher and Dryer are available. Sheets and towels are available for you to use if you’d like, we only ask that you wash them before you leave. Pillows and blankets are also provided. brPlease note that our home is in no way childproof. Please keep this in mind when booking with small children. It is also not handicap accessible. There are a LOT of stairs throughout the house. The Master Bedroom is on the main level, but the other bedrooms and game room are upstairs. During the summer months, OUR CHANGEOVER DAY IS SATURDAY. During the off-season, you may arrive/depart on any day of the week. Check-in no earlier than 3pm, Check-out @ 10am sharp. brIn the off season, we have a two night minimum. Get away from the hectic affairs of daily life and relax on the bucolic west side of Lake Norman. The house has 198 feet of waterfront. Located mid-way up Lake Norman, the house is far enough away from Charlotte to be outside of suburbia, but close enough to civilization for convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The house has a good view across a very wide cove that is perfect for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding. You have a choice of swimming from a protected beach or swimming off the dock in deep water. We have a canoe, kayaks, and paddle board that are available for use by the renters free of charge. We also have various indoor and outdoor games available for use, including various board games, Bocce, horseshoes, and Croquet. There are fishing rods if you want to try your luck at catching dinner.brbrThe house was completely renovated in 2015-2016 and a new screen porch was added in February 2018. There is a queen-sized (firm) bed in one bedroom and two (medium firmness) twin beds in the second bedroom. A side room has an additional twin bed (medium firmness). We do not recommend the house for groups with more than 5 people. brbrA washer and dryer are available for use in the utility room. If it gets cold, there is a wood-stove in additional to a heat pump system. Outside, there is a large dock with deep water and room for multiple boats. If you have a boat, it is most convenient to put the boat in at either the Lake Norman Hotel landing, the McCrary Creek access area, the Hager Creek access area or the Burton Creek access area. brbrThe house is not large or fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. Although there is a great view from most of the rooms in the house, you will want to spend most of your time on the dock, on the screen porch or in the water. Early in the morning, as the mist is lifting from the lake, is great time to sit in the porch swing on the dock or one of the rockers and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. It is not uncommon to see deer, herons, turtles, muskrats, ducks, and geese. There is also a friendly catfish that will stick its nose out of the water and beg to be fed.brbrIf you are looking for a quiet vacation spot, this is a great house for you. If you are looking for a place to party into the wee hours of the night, this is not a good choice. The neighbors are generally quiet and go to sleep early. Because sound travels far on a quiet cove, the neighbors will complain and you feel unwelcome if there is a lot of noise or cars coming in and out late at night. brbrBecause the house is frequently vacant, there are two outdoor security cameras that point away from the house. One camera is between the garage doors pointed toward the road and one camera is on the northeast corner of the screen porch pointed toward the driveway.

Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and one paddleboard available for use.
