Upstairs, the private loft has a king size bed with premium memory foam mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is also an oversized chair/twin sleeper sofa. On the main level you will find a spacious fully stocked kitchen with large table that can seat 8. There is a small bedroom off the kitchen with a twin trundle bed that will sleep two. The family room has a large flat screen for Apple TV and new sleeper sofa. Off the family room is a full bathroom. Open the oversized exterior French doors and enjoy your coffee in the perfect spot on the second floor lakefront deck, which extends across the length of the house. Outdoor propane BBQ allows you to grill and 'chill' as you cook dinner overlooking the lake. No need for shoes as the deck is Trex. The fully finished basement has a queen size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa situated in the sitting area. Just for fun, there is a foosball table for you to enjoy. Find another full bathroom on this level, equipped with a washer and dryer. Walk out the basement door and you are just steps from the firepit (stocked with complimentary wood), the beach area and the dock. If you wish a little exercise is available with two paddle boards. Don't forget to take time to nap in one of our hammocks as you listen to the sounds of lake life. The dock has a 100 ft. pier with a covered sitting area at the end to sit or to have fun fishing. A walkway leads from the pier to a large floating dock to park 3 boats all your own private area. The kitchen, family room and full bath are located on the lower level. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including a blender, coffee maker, toaster and crock pot. There are also some cooking basics such as common spices, flour, sugar, oil and coffee. A 36 Blackstone griddle is located on the downstairs patio, close to the kitchen. It is a short walk down to the water's edge, where there is a fire pit and a private dock! There are 2 sections to this dock, which is what makes it so special! Either sit out in the sun and swim or spend some time in the covered area while still enjoying the lake views. One step up from the lake is a large firepit with lake views. There are 2 kayaks included in your rental, as well as pontoon rental options.brbrThis cottage is in Sherrills Ford, and everything you could need is a short drive away. This includes groceries, fast food, a diner, pizza, and a steak house, just to name a few. With a boat, it is also a very short ride to Apps and Taps and Toucans, staples on LKN.brbrBesides the perfect dock and location, the views from this house are to die for. When walking in the front door, you will be met with the open concept view to the back of the house with vaulted ceilings and an entire wall of windows overlooking the lake. Every window is also a sliding glass door that can be opened so you can listen to all the surrounding birds and lake life. It truly feels like you are living up in the trees!brbrA patio waits off the back of the house. You can enjoy an outdoor meal prepared in the oversized, fully stocked kitchen with a large island, giving plenty of space to prepare whatever your heart desires.
