Relaxing Lake Retreat With Canoe, Kayaks and Paddle Board

This property is better than described. A relaxing atmosphere with all the amenities you could need. The home is clean and decorated in a way that's beautiful and cozy. The screen room and the swing are my favorite places to relax but the view of the lake from the house is just breathtaking. Can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed a quiet and beautiful property over New Years week. The home sits right on the water so we watched the ducks and birds from the living room. The house was clean and well maintained. Rick was an excellent host.

Rick was an amazing host and the place was perfect. Minutes away from shopping, the lake amenities were awesome takes just a few minutes to get the kayak in the water and you are off. During the week we pretty much had the lake to ourselves, so calm and serene. Perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. Rent this place…you won’t be disappointed!!!

We came to Lake Norman to visit our grandchildren who live in Sherrills Ford. This home was 10 min. from their home. The cove this home is located in is calm and almost mystical. The home has everything one would need for a lakeside visit and more! We did not even have time to enjoy everything. Additional bonus was having a dock to tie up our son’s ski boat during our stay.

Spent the weekend here for a sporting event. This is just a fantastic spot. The lake is besutiful, the water is accessible and shallow for the kiddos. Tje gome is cozy and well appointed. The only thing missing is a swcond bathroom, socif you have a large party, be aware, but everything else was comfortable and perfect. Will stay again.

Richard's house on Lake Norman is spectacular. It sits directly on the lake with all kinds of water sport options right there. I really enjoyed swimming and kayaking right off the dock. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice grocery nearby. The house was immaculate and communication and check in were both seamless. I will definitely be back.

Very clean, had all kitchen accessories needed to make meals including out door grills, out door activities were great, beautiful property very well kept.
