Private dock, hot tub, game room, paddle boat & fire pit!

Such a beautiful property and the owners were very sweet and accommodating. Will be staying aavain soon.

The host was very responsive, the home is beautiful and it’s in a great location.

Me and some friends rented this place for a great weekend of football. The hot tub was the absolute best one we have ever experienced at a VRBO. The pool table with the bar and a mini fridge fantastic. Even surprised at the quality of the air hockey table. Very convenient location to grocery store and places to eat. We enjoyed the local pizza neighbors 828 and Boss Hog was awesome. I'm sure this place would be great in summer time as well. Huge dock also had a bar on it with an overhead fan, would have been a blast to rent some jet skis. We definitely hope to do it again next year

The waterfront and deck to sit on and enjoy the view. Also the hot tub was nice.

Perfect for our family fun week!

Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The family room was perfect. Kitchen was big. We loved the pool table, air hockey, video games,fire pit and hot tub! Caught some big catfish off the dock. Close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely book again. Owners very responsive.

This house is always a great place to stay. Great location and near grocery shopping and restaurants. The lake view is amazing and communication is always great.

Nice home for a decent value in a good location. Very close to town but also in a quiet cove. The hot tub and basement area are great for after dark.

Great home and location. Plenty of space being able to spread out between two floors with fun gaming and easy access to yard, hot tub, and dock from ground floor. We had a great time fishing and it was a very nice bonus to use the pedal boat which had a deck on the back to fish from anywhere on the inlet. Highly recommended!

Check in was a breeze and the views were amazing.

Nicely accomodated our group of 9. Week was very hot but availability of indoor activities helped. Location was close to grocery store and marina. There seemed to be a leak around the front door which caused a sunken area. It did not affect our stay.

We had an amazing time at this house for our week in Lake Norman. It was a beautiful house tucked back in a little cove not far from the main area of the lake. The house is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for the 8 people we had staying there. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Having our own dock was awesome for swimming and for tying up the boat we rented. The house is also just a few minutes from a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The ladder on the dock was broken when we got there and the host had someone come out to fix it the next morning. They were very responsive and great to work with. 10/10 recommend this house for your next lake trip!

Our golf getaway was perfect thanks to our stay here. The home exceeded expectations regarding location (on the lake and close to restaurants, golf). The game room was a nice bonus, too. Amber communicated throughout the process -- from booking to check in/out. We'll likely stay here again.

Myself and 6 friends stayed here to discgolf all over Charlotte. We had an amazing time and half of it was because we got to come back to this place at night. Sunrises on the dock! Pool and poker at night! Full moon drinks at the dock made this place to die for!

Fantastic property, comfortable, lovely views, fun amenities. Our weather wasn’t perfect for the outdoor activities but the house helped keep us entertained when that wasn’t the case. Close enough to Charlotte to spend some time there. Great property.

Location was nice, right on the water. There was an issue with the microwave, called the owner and they were willing to send a repairman out right away to fix the problem. Hot tub worked. The pool table downstairs was great along with the extra living room downstairs. Location is 1 mile from grocery store. We ordered pizza from Joey’s and it was amazing!

My daughter and teen granddaughter spent the weekend just hanging out. The house was very nice. The location was very quiet and private. We enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, hanging out at the dock and relaxing in the hot tubs. I wish there had been some board games but we could have brought them too. Great communication with Amber.

Our family had a great time getting together for a holiday event. Plenty of room to spread out.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. It was so spacious with anything and everything you would need. Other than the cleaning person arriving 15 minutes early causing some driveway issues for loading our stuff to check out, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

This was the best bridal shower my siblings and I could give our niece! The house and the setting (she lives in Charlotte, and we were flying in Florida), were perfect!!! The pictures on the site were exactly what we got! There was more than enough room and the game room downstairs was perfect!!! The house had everything we needed and Amber was a phenomenal host!! Lots of space for our family of six. Nice, quiet cove with plenty of room for bringing a boat and still swimming in and around the dock.
