The Pelican Pad is our only rental property and future retirement home, so we love it just as much as you will! This one-bed (queen), one-bath condo is recently updated, top-to-bottom. The Pelican Pad is perfect for a romantic getaway or small family adventure! Have a couple kiddos The unit also features twin bunk beds. The interior is lovely, but you'll probably want to spend most of your time taking in the gorgeous view on the patio, stocked with a table and chairs. You'll be greeted with a welcome basket plus a coffee station as well as some cold water bottles in the fridge. The restroom will be stocked with a few emergency items. You are certainly welcome to bring your own linens, but emergency back-up linens can be found in the bedroom closet. Renters will receive a link to a website managed by the owners with recommended restaurants, shopping, and activities! The unit is just steps from a private salt water pool and direct beach access. Look under the bunk beds to find a beach cart, beach chairs, and some beach toys!
