Since the beginning of time the ocean has called us! Answer that call and make your memories in our newly redecorated townhome located on North Topsail Beach, NC. It is a second row unit that has the best of 2 locations - Just 75 steps from the front door you will step into the clear aqua blue ocean, and the backyard boarders the tranquil intracoastal waterway where you will witness spectacular sunsets from all 3 decks.
Your family/guests will be most comfortable in our1400 sq. ft. newly renovated, beach home that follows all the Covid instructions for cleaning.
You will enter the house on the first floor that has 2 bedrooms and a shared full bath. Bedroom 1 is a bright and sunny room decorated in beach motif with a full-size bed, dresser, chair and nightstand. The furniture is bright white and there is a full closet for storage. Bedroom 2 is down the hall and it has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. The furniture is mahogany and it has 2 closets for storage. In between the two bedrooms is a full-size bathroom big enough to share with plenty of space for towels and personal items. Each of these bedrooms has an attached outside deck where you can sit and enjoy the ocean/sound breezes and hear the tides come in. The first-floor level is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The second level is where the real views surround you. You will see water views from every window you look out of. There is a spacious and comfortable living room where everyone can relax, watch TV, read or play board games. The sliding glass doors bring you out to another deck with a fabulous view of the intracoastal waterway. Sit around the table and admire the gorgeous sunsets from here.
Back inside again next to the living room is a large dining room with a harvest table, 6 chairs, and a highchair. Adjoining the dining room is a spacious full working kitchen with many amenities you can use to prepare a delicious meal while your guests sit on one of the counter stools exchanging conversation and admiring the beautiful views. A half bath is right next to the kitchen. Sunlight always streams through the kitchen from the skylight and the sliding glass doors that go out to another deck facing the ocean.
Right next to the dining room is the 3rd level where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and it is nicely decorated in neutral refreshing colors. Another deck is attached where you have another birds' eye view of the many boats sailing down the intracoastal waterway to southern destinations. The master bath is also on this level with double sinks, shower/tub combination and plenty of room for personal items.
