The island is 26 miles long, so you can get a good work out.brbrYou can even bike for fun (like I do). Recently I rode my bike to the south end, and the smell of Jasmin and ocean air was unbelievable. I stopped on the far south point of the island and walked around the beach on the undeveloped point. I then rode back to Topsail Beach city hall and said hi to the ladies who worked there. (They had kindly sent me an invitation to pay real estate tax in their city even though my house is not in their city. I graciously declined :-) but they were very pleasant!)
