Amazing Grace is just that AMAZING AND GRACE!! We will definitely be coming back! The house is beautifully decorated and made us all feel at home!! It is honestly steps from the beach! Wonderful views and the absolute best sunrises ever! Shelling was great I found sea glass which was amazing and my husband found a message in a bottle!! We loved Amazing Grace

Had a good supply of cleaning products! Linens and towels included! Pet friendly! Good Suppy of kitchen items!

We loved Amazing Grace! The duplex was quiet even with neighboring renters who could not be heard. It was wonderful to just wake up and see the sunrise from the decks, walk right into the sand, and enjoy the comfort of the home. Spacious and adequate for our needs. Owner was responsive when we had a question and eager to learn about our stay. We have referred Amazing Grace to our neighbors and friends and hope to be back next year.

Great place right on the beach! Everything we needed. It was great to be able to bring our dogs.

Stay was great - the location can’t be beat. Had an issue with the A/C but host was able to get it fixed very quickly. Beds are very comfortable- having the laundry right off the kitchen was great

We were tired of the condo - resort experience and wanted easy access to the beach. This place’s location didn’t disappoint. Host’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. Bring flashlights for night time beach fun. Perfect set up for the dog.

This place is in the perfect spot right on the beach! The view was absolutely beautiful, and we loved how close we were to the water—it never felt crowded. The owners were wonderful to work with and always quick to communicate. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they checked in to make sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Ideal location steps from the beach. Our family had a wonderful week at this home! Check in was smooth and a small challenge with the front lock was resolved thru the responsiveness of the owner which we greatly appreciated.

The home was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The home was clean and the location was perfect right by the beach.

Great Location, property was clean and well appointed, Even though it was a duplex you could not hear any noise from neighbors beside you. Great outdoor space with easy access to beach. Good parking at the property.

The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon.

This was an amazing place to watch incredible sunrises and sunsets and dolphins … it is as close to the ocean as u can get … sleeping with the waves crashing outside your windows … and yes u can still hear them crashing! Such a great space not overcrowded with weird furniture.. I come with dog crate, beds and yoga mats so extra space is great and this place delivers! I also travel with extra laundry soap and dishwasher soap and toilet paper but here there was a great supply ( instead of just one pod for each) eliminating the need to run out and get supplies.. so whether this is the owner or a pay it forward deal .. I kept it going so great to hv stuff when u land! The owner steve was very communicative and helpful… appreciate the details as my gps did try to bring me a few doors down .. thanks steve!

Our stay was everything we dreamt of! From lying on the master bed with the door open listening to the waves crash snd watch the sun rise to having a direct access to the beach right off the balcony. Absolutely amazing! They had the place very well stocked with lots of extras! Also host was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

This is a comfortable home right on the beach. As other reviews have noted, it could use some updating. However we were looking for something affordable on the beach and this place delivered. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean from the decks. Would definitely return if this place was closer to home.

The view was amazing. Our trip came with sone hurdles due to a medical emergency. Thank goodness for the deck and view.

House was clean , organized with all essentials, great for our family of 5 and large breed dog. House was slightly dated but that didn’t bother us with the most beautiful view of the ocean!

Tim the owner was very accommodating when we had to have the refrigerator replaced. Small details could be replaced. Ex. Shower rings on the shower curtains, bar stools for the counter. Overall we had a good time. Thank you

We booked amazing Grace for our summer vacation. Great vacation home love the location. Beach right in front house was great beds were comfortable. Anything I needed. Steve was on top of easy communication with him. Definitely recommend staying with any , Home that Steve owns . We will definitely be in touch with him again for future vacation homes in that area. Probably stay at amazing Grace again. Probably one of the best homes we have stayed in and we book a house every year since 2008 somewhere Steve is top-notch definitely give five stars. If there were a 10 star we would give that.
