The cabin has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, overhead ceiling fan, and heater. Enjoy amazing mountain & pond views by your firepit. While the cabin does NOT have plumbing inside, there is a brand-new bath house approximately 50 feet from the cabin with hot showers and clean facilities.brbrPlease note our guests bring their own pillows, linens/comforter, and towels for the bathroom. If you would like us to provide a linen service for a fee, we can do that, but please request this at time of booking and let us know how many beds/people you need linen service for. brbrWe are also pet friendly, guests pay a one-time $50 pet fee per dog, but we require all dogs to be leashed and picked up after while on the campground.brbrWhen the campground is open, our VRBO cabin guests have access to the entire property. That includes swimming/fishing/tubing in the North Toe River that goes through the front of the campground, hiking to the top of Buck Hill Mountain, and all the campground amenities (fishing pond, playground, pickleball courts, basketball, movies under the stars, etc. )brbr ***Please note our campground was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene in 2024, and the campground amenities WILL NOT BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE until Summer or Fall of 2026. A smaller sitting area allows you to cozy up by the fireplace and kick up your feet on the over-sized recliner and watch TV. The second living area we lovingly call the treehouse room. This sunroom allows you a wrap-around view of the trees surrounding the cabin. Pile onto the L-shaped sofa to watch a movie on our 60 TV. It's peaceful and a favorite relaxation spot for our family and friends.brbrA fun space for kids is the lower level. Walk downstairs to a domain that is private yet accessible for parents. You will find a comfy sofa to sit and play Retro Atari. The lower level has a dining table for snacks and games. We have lots of puzzles and games to share with you.brbrOur large deck is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. The covered area allows you to enjoy the view if it's raining and on sunny days you can grill and dine at the outdoor deck table.brbrOn the main floor we have a full size washer and dryer to assist with your laundry needs. We also have an iron and ironing board should you need it. All your linens and towels are provided for your stay. A baby gate and Pack-n-Play is located in the lower level closet. Take a dip in the pool, enjoy fishing, play a round of golf, and hike the surrounding trails.brbrWhat drew us to Linville Land Harbor was the convenience to the surrounding attractions. You are a short drive to Grandfather Mountain, 15 minutes to Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk, 25-30 minutes to Beech Mountain, and 30 minutes to Boone and Blowing Rock. Both Sugar and Beech Mountain are popular ski resorts. At Beech Mountain, there is a children's sledding hill that children can sled for free.
