Stayed Apr 24, 2025My family of four stayed four nights at My Happy Place. The house was clean and tidy. The cable and WiFi didn’t work. I contacted three different people about it and got very little response and not in a timely manner. That didn’t make or break our trip though. We did see quite a few big black ants but the neighborhood is very “woodsy” so I understand that nature may come inside sometimes. There was mold coming out of the filtered water pitcher. It just kind of seemed like we were the first renters of the season and the house just wasn’t quite ready.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024We would rent the cabin again. We are very familiar to the area as have been going up there for over 20yrs. The only downside was almost 3 days of rain. Cabin is nice.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Overall was a very nice stay. There was a hiccup in the check in process due to an associate of the property owner quitting a few days prior, but other than that it was a comfortable visit. Beautiful scenery, cosy house

Stayed Jun 22, 2024My husband stayed - he likes to fly-fish the Linville River. We've been coming to this area for at least a decade, and were happy to have found another great little spot to enjoy.
