Sunset Hideaway – Luxurious Log Retreat on Lake Norman
Lake Norman | 5 Bedrooms + Loft | 4 Bathrooms | Sleeps 13
Outdoor Fireplace & Grill | Bar & Shuffleboard | Private Dock | 2 Kayaks | Stunning Sunset Views

Welcome to Sunset Hideaway, your dreamy lakeside log escape where rustic elegance meets lakeside luxury. Nestled along the quiet, glistening shores of Lake Norman, this custom log home invites you to slow down, settle in, and soak up every golden sunset and star-filled night.

As you step inside, you're immediately welcomed by the warmth of wood beams, soaring ceilings, and a grand stone fireplace that anchors the open-concept living space. Sunlight pours in through expansive windows, framing panoramic views of the lake and casting a cozy glow across the living room. The fully stocked chef's kitchen makes cooking a joy, with high-end appliances, two oversized islands (one with seating for four), and generous prep space. Whether you're whipping up a family breakfast or shaking up a cocktail at the wet bar, every moment feels elevated.

Gather at the round dining table for meals, board games, or stories that stretch late into the evening. Just beyond, the main living area invites you to sink into plush seating and watch the sunset paint the sky in brilliant colors over the water.

The main level features two restful retreats—a serene primary suite with a king bed and spa-like en suite bathroom, and a charming queen bedroom with its own private bath. Upstairs, a cozy loft with three twin beds and a queen offers a whimsical space that's perfect for kids, cousins, or a group of friends.

Downstairs, the fun continues with a unique entertainment space that's sure to be a guest favorite. Enjoy cocktails at the bar, challenge your crew to a game of shuffleboard, or just kick back and catch the game. Two more beautifully decorated bedrooms—one king, one queen—share a full bath on this level, giving everyone plenty of space to rest and recharge.

But it's the outdoor living that truly sets Sunset Hideaway apart. Step out onto the expansive patio and find yourself surrounded by peaceful lake views, comfortable seating, and a built-in stone fireplace that sets the scene for unforgettable evenings. Fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen, dine under the stars, or gather with loved ones to toast marshmallows and share stories as the sun sinks behind the treetops.

Head down to the private dock to fish, swim, sunbathe, or hop into one of the two kayaks provided and paddle through the quiet coves that surround you. Whether you're floating the afternoon away or capturing sunset selfies with a glass of wine in hand, life here flows at the perfect pace.

Sunset Hideaway isn't just a home—it's a destination. With luxurious finishes, thoughtful amenities, and one of the most picturesque locations on Lake Norman, it's the ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and make magical memories with the people who matter most.
