The large kitchen, living room, and dining room area is open for easy entertaining and has a gas fireplace. The amenities include a pool and elevator. The second and third stories have hardwood flooring throughout. There is a two car garage with parking for two-to-four more regular size cars in the driveway.br brLocated just across the street from the public beach access, you are just steps away from walks along the beach. The house is located just two blocks from the historic district and pier. It is a great location to create family memories.br brThe third floor has a master suite with a king bed and private access to a large deck perfect for winding down after the end of a busy beach day. The master suite has an attached bath with a large garden tub (not jetted) and a large shower with dual shower heads. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom. One has a king bed. The other has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that can be pulled out and a separate twin bed. The washer and dryer are located on this floor and the hall has a wet bar just beside a sliding glass door that opens to a smaller deck on the side of the house. You can listen to the ocean waves while relaxing in this private spot overlooking the swimming pool.br brThe second floor is the hub of the house with a large open floor plan for the kitchen, living room and dining room. It is a perfect place to cook large meals for a group. This is a great place for everyone to gather to play board games or to enjoy the large flat screen tv above the gas fireplace. A deck that runs across the front of the house with wonderful ocean views will capture everyone’s attention as the perfect place to drink your morning coffee.
