Immaculate Luxury Ocean View 6BR 4.5BA House with Pool and Elevator

This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as great as it was the last time we stayed. One of the best things we liked with this property is the elevator. Especially with our parents that are in their late 70s, it made it easy to get around the house. Some of the other things we liked about the house was the large common area, the beach being a short walk away, ample parking space, a simple check-in process and great communication with our host. We can't wait to stay here next year!

This house fit our entire family perfectly. Below are a few Pros and Opportunities.Pros:- Such a great location. Very short walk to the beach with ocean views from the house- Towels, Towels, Towels! It was amazing having so many towels available.- The main living area was massive, perfect for family gatherings.- The house was equipped with literally everything we needed. We didn't need to leave the house for anything except for food and beverage.Opportunities:- Bugs, we saw a lot of cockroaches. Not sure if invested in pest control?- The outdoor garbage can was small considering the amount of people that can sleep in the house. We had to leave extra garbage outside of the can which we felt bad about.- The pool was great but got dirty really quick. A pool cleaner coming midweek would have been perfect!

Our first time in Kure Beach and we loved every minute of it. The location of this house was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the deck. Close to the pier and restaurants. The house itself was by far the best appointed Verbo Home we have ever stayed in. Solidly built so easy to move about without disturbing other others as well. First time we could actually seat all 16 of us around a dining table. Heaven. The gathering spaces were ample. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having sheets and bath towels provided with an added bonus. Ages 2 to 75 and we all were delighted every single day. We’ve done beach trips together for over 10 years, and this was by far one of our top homes and places to be.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this property. Everything about the house was perfect for our large group. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is a gem. Perfectly located for beach access and also sporting a great pool, it hits all the right notes. The house comes completely stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. They have truly thought of everything and even the extras that make it a home away from home. A place to return to year after year..

Our family of 13 had a fabulous stay in Chris’home over the Memorial Day holiday. We chose Kure beach to avoid large crowds. Beach access was just across the street with an easy walkway and few short steps. Our group included 2 year old toddlers, 3 children, one teen, their parents and my husband and 97 year old father. The elevator was a deciding factor in choosing this home. Everyone enjoyed the large dining room and living room and all the large decks. No carpets in any room. Just clean and allergy free hardwood and tile. Fun times with the many books and board games and puzzles for all ages. The kitchen had every tool and dishes and cookware imaginable. We have never stayed in a home so well stocked with all the extras you could ever need. We ate out half of the nights at several Kure Beach restaurants. All very good. I especially appreciated the cleaning supplies and access to broom and mop and vacuum with so many children and their mess! All the bedrooms were good size and had working blinds and beachy decor. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were available. Part of the kids used the bunk/trundle beds and one used the rollaway. The bathrooms were well stocked with nice towels and large bottles of toiletries. We had great weather for six days so the pool was a bonus feature. It was clean and had seating. We did not travel with beach or pool chairs, toys, cart or towels because Chris provided all of that in the large garage.

Spent the week celebrating our UNCW Grad. Had family and friends in town from Colorado, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Great house to get everyone together in one place. Amenities were great! Will definitely be looking to come back for family reunion or friends weekend at the beach!

We couldn't have been happier with Chris' house! It is clean, roomy, and the floor plan is amazing for a big group. The kitchen is well stocked and he's got games, puzzles, beach toys and books. We had a wide range of ages, from my 81 year old mom to our 1 year old granddaughter. (Chris has lots of baby equipment available.) We all loved the house and felt at home there.The elevator was great for moving suitcases up and down the stairs. The porches are comfortable and spacious.We rented this house two years ago, and loved it so much that we decided to rent it again. We hope to return again next time we vacation in NC. Chris was so accommodating, and responded quickly when the propane tank ran out. He was so kind and easy to work with. He is committed to giving his guests a great experience. Definitely 5 stars!

The house was gorgeous. No problem with walking to beach, pier and great restaurants. The house had plenty of towels and furnished items that you usually have to purchase. The pool was not clean, but Chris(our host) got that taken care of. We really didn’t get to use until latter part of week…Thanks for sharing a beautiful place for my family.

We had a great visit to Kure, mostly because we loved the house so much! It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The elevator, which seemed to be a novelty, really came in handy. The house has everything you need, including beach chairs and accessories as well as pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates, pans, etc. so convenient! There were also a ton of books and games for all ages. Highly recommend this house for your beach location!

So wonderful walking into a house that felt like home! Not a thing was missing from a well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, televisions in every room, balconies from every floor, beach towels, linings the pool was crystal clean and the kids had a blast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation. The owner Chris was always just a call a way which was a big plus. Book it before someone else does!!

My husband and myself, our 5 children, 4 in-laws, 9 grandchildren had a wonderful time in this lovely home right across from the beach access. The beach wasn't crowded, the weather was perfect, everyone had a lot of fun!

We had 10 adults and 7 kids (5 different families) stay and the house had enough space for everyone. The pool was a great amenity as it was too hot most days to spend hours at the beach. Location was perfect as it was a two minute walk to the beach and you could see the ocean from the house. Overall a great experience for our large group!

Have loved every year we've stayed. Plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. Convenient beach access. The pool is a plus and the elevator is such a help for our physically challenged family member.
