Just to the North a couple hundred feet, you will find one of North Carolina’s very few coquina rock outcroppings. The kids will be entertained for hours playing on the rocks. brbr**We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for stays during the months of June through October, however the most active months for hurricanes are September and October.
