Just steps away from the beach! There is also an oceanfront pool where you can spend the day soaking in the suns rays. Surf fishing is superb directly in front of the condo due to a large rock formation next to Fort Fisher. brbr2 miles to Kure Beach pier, 2 miles to NC aquarium, 5 miles to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. This unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and two twin bunk beds in the hallway. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine (please bring k cups), toaster and all utensils, dishes and glasses. With Spectrum business WiF and cable TV. TVs in living room and bedroom. Washer/dryer. We are stocked like a hotel with all linens and towels cleaned for you and ready before you arrive. We also are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. brbrThis condo is located all the way at the end of the beach strand by Fort Fisher. What that means is the beach is never packed. At times, you will feel like you are on your own private beach. If you prefer crowds, go one mile South to Fort Fisher Beach area or two miles North by the pier. Surf fishing is excellent directly in front of the condo because of a large rock formation off of Fort Fisher. Just to the North a couple hundred feet, you will find one of North Carolina’s very few coquina rock outcroppings. The kids will be entertained for hours playing on the rocks. brbr“Destiny” is owned by Keith Brown, a builder in the Raleigh, NC area and managed by James Blydenburgh, from Carolina Beach and a host for 10 years. James owns several other properties, with 3 of them being at The Riggings. So if you need more than one unit, just ask!brbr**Pool typically opens late April and closes mid September. Closure of pool relates to weather and can change.** brbr**In the Spring and Summer, the beach is typically very plentiful. In the Fall and Winter, we can get what are called “King Tides”. These are extremely high tides due to the moons position with the earth. They happen monthly for about 5-6 days. Combine that with strong NE winds and you will have very high tides which can cause lots of sand to be removed from the beach, exposing sandbags that are mostly covered in Summer. There is still room to walk the beach heading north from condo. The beach replenishes itself VERY fast afterwards, so conditions can change in a matter of days**brbr**Absolutely NO pets allowed per HOA rules and regulations.**brbr**We have a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the front door and it is actively recording during your stay**brbr**In order of our cancellation policy, we will no longer accept alteration requests within 30 days of your reservation.**

The beach re-nourishment project prohibits any one walking or sitting on the sand bags, they protect our beach.br br At the Riggings Condos in Kure Beach, NC, enjoy a quiet escape in a one-bedroom condo with direct beach access. Located on the far south end of Pleasure Island in Kure Beach, this complex is near Fort Fisher aquarium and historic Civil War battlegrounds, and offers a private pool.br br This unit is just a short driving distance to the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum. Enjoy the 30-minute ferry ride over to the quaint little city of South Port.
