Oceanfront End Unit Condo with Pool-Riggings D2

The condo was well-appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The view from the porch and living area was absolutely fantastic! We could hear and watch the ocean unobstructed 24/7. It was at the end of the beach that was quiet. We would definitely recommend this condo for a getaway.

This was a great get away for two even though it was off season and the weather did not cooperate much. The unit is clean and spectacular views. Saw some dolphins. Great Host answered our questions immediately.

This condo was perfect for a solo winter beach trip. Loved being right on the beach and also so close to Fort Fisher and the trails there. It was cold but still able to go for long walks. The condo had everything I needed and it was quiet. James was very accommodating, allowing a switch in dates as I was scheduled to be there a week earlier during the winter storm. Overall 5 stars no notes

Host was great. We needed to switch our reservation due to a death in the family and he was accommodating. Condo was clean, view was wonderful, bed was comfortable. The sky was very colorful. Hope to book again next year.

Great view! So close to the ocean you can almost feel the spray of the waves crashing. Super clean and convenient location. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! We loved it and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed how close the condo is to the water. We could sit on the balcony for hours. We will be back!!

A quiet weekend at the coast. We had a great stay in spite of the constant rain and high surf. This cozy condo is exceptional, our second stay at this property.

You can't get any closer to the water than this unless you are living in a hut on stilts over the water. The tide had to go out before you had much beach to sit on, but that was fine with us, because the deck was awesome. We had a full moon so the view of the ocean is beautiful with moon reflecting off the water. The only complaint we had was the bed was not that comfortable. The Condo was great and clean. It had everything you needed to cook meals in. If you want to grill though, you need to bring your own grilling tools. The sofa does need an update as it would sink in when you sat on it except for the lounge part. This was our first trip to Kure beach, and we love it honestly more than the Outer Banks. It was so laid bank and the people here are really friendly

The easiest check-in and out ever! The host was very accommodating on all things. The view from the balcony was priceless!!!! Would definitely stay there again. The host would answer any question I had within minutes. The condo was perfect. Super clean and updated!!

The property was as advertised. It was clean, mostly quiet and steps away from the beach. James was very informative and checked on us a couple times through the week via email. He was very professional.

Loved this condo. Wanted a lesser people beach and this did not disappoint. Our condo was littlery ON THE BEACH. I mean like you could go fishing off your balcony during high tide. Place was clean and we have no complaints. Made the trip to south point and even hit up the 4x4 beach for a day.

Spent the week enjoying the wonderful weather, the great condo, and the beautiful views of the ocean. Extremely relaxing - what a great recharge!

James had outstanding communication from the very beginning. The condo was clean, had all of the basic amenities and was accurately advertised. The view was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing!! We had a great time best view for sure!! Love that the shower has 2 heads!! It was nice until the temperature changed on us lol it's a little tricky ice cold one minute and will scald you another haha work at it though and you can get it perfect

Outstanding condo right on the beach. This place is immaculate and has everything you need for a stay. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Very quiet location kind of off the beaten path but close to restaurants and other businesses. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous days at the beach. Although it was winter time and quite cold for North Carolina, we enjoyed the outdoors as well as going indoors to see some of the neighboring attractions. I’m sure very quiet compared to the busy summer months.

The condo had recently been renovated. Appliances and furniture all seemed to be pretty new. Bed was very comfortable. Location was ideal for us--- near Fort Fisher trails, coquina rocks, etc. We hope to return again and again to this condo. It's our new favorite NC beach location.

The nearness of the ocean to the unit was awesome. Both Kure Beach and nearby Southport via the Ferry are both quaint little towns.

The Riggers is located in an excellent area at the end of Kure Beach, near the Fort Fisher ferry, the Aquarium and the museum. The property itself is fully stocked, comfortably furnished and very clean. Because of Hurricane Helene we had to cut our trip short but plan to return when possible. our trip short

Excellent accommodations! Loved being right on the ocean, literally! Would highly recommend.

I was traveling with my 2 yr old daughter who tends to get overwhelmed by crowds so I wanted a more quiet “lowkey” space and that’s exactly what I got. Kure beach has a homey vibe while the very nearby Carolina beach has a little more action, which was a quick 5 mins drive away. This was perfect for my needs. Also the Aquairium is like a little over a mile away so you’re as close as you can get if you’re planning on visiting. The pool was great. The neighbors were great. I met some cool people during my stay And the apartment, just perfect. Super clean, updated, and amazing view. I loved just sitting in thr balcony and watching and listening to the beautiful ocean. The condo is equipped with pretty much everything you need, which was wonderful. James is also a great communicator and responded practically IMMEDIATELY even when I contacted him for something small and even said “no rush”. He’s super responsive. Thank you James! I honestly wish I was able to book it for longer…but it was only available for the 3 nights of the week that I was off and able to travel. I’ll definitely be back and will be booking in advance for longer next time.

First vacation of a family of three and made all the more perfect by staying at this property. Everything exactly as pictured and by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Loved Kure and plan to make many more memories here in the future.

This unit was absolutely amazing! My wife and I have stayed in many vacation condo's over the years and this unit was by far the cleanest. Ocean views from the balcony were awesome and everything was as described in the listing. James kept us informed during the whole process and was great! Would definitely book at The Riggins again with James.
