Located on the West End, CaSEAta offers solitude even during the busiest weeks of the season for two specific reasons. One, there is no public parking within walking distance of the home. Two, it's on a part of the Island that only has one row of houses behind it (the marsh is visible from the north-facing bedrooms of the home). Even on holiday weeks, including the 4th of July, there isn't even a full row of people/umbrellas in front of the house, which means no setting up early to reserve your space!brbrAside from the proximity to the ocean, the star of the show is the Kitchen. The owners are serious about cooking, and the kitchen shows it. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts brand new, top-of-the-line appliances. The double ovens are brand new, knives are sharpened regularly, the pots are All-Clad, there are serious blenders, a griddle, heck, there's even four different coffee makers (Nespresso, Kuerig, traditional drip, and even a Le Crusset French press) and an OXO full bean grinder. There are 3 refrigerators: a standard fridge/freezer combo, a separate full freezer (perfect for stocking ice), and a separate beverage refrigerator. Best part…whoever is cooking gets to do so with a panorama view of the waves crashing on Holden Beach.brbrTip…bring your favorite coffee supplies as the local supermarket doesn't carry Nespresso pods or whole bean coffee.
