Cozy Cottage one mile from the Beach and Boat Ramp! Pet Friendly Too!!

Great fenced in yard for our fur baby with bags supplied (although we brought our own); covers provided for our yorkie to rest on; great shower for my thick hair; comfy bed; easy check in & out; absolutely gorgeous blooming azaleas under a cover of old oaks. Very close to thrift stores & restaurants. Easy parking, clean & thoughtfully decorated. Hope to be back many times!

Everything about this place was as advertised and absolutely beyond expectations! It was a perfect size, great location and the fact that it was pet friendly and communications were easy and swift and it offered everything we needed and then some! Cannot say thank you enough to the owners! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends!

Comfortable, clean, cute and very pet friendly

Our host Linda is very welcoming. This was our third time renting the cottage. It is a very relaxing time there. Being able to bring our furbabies is a big plus as there are not to many places will accept dogs. It’s very comfortable for a couple and not far from the beach or the grocery store.

We had no problems. Dogs enjoyed back yard. Appliances were very good. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen. Tv had more than enough things to watch. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate but quite small if you would need more room there. Very good stay for a couple. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely! This was our second time staying in one of Linda and Buck’s homes. We love the location, cleanliness, amenities, attention to detail, and most of all….pet friendly!

Amenities were in very good condition. The location of the house number could have been put in an easier to see place-we missed it several times. Also, we would've felt more comfortable with a wooden door to the bathroom.

This property was as advertised and even better! The house was emaculate and the covered parking and fenced in yard were just icing on the cake! The hosts were very responsive and the booking process was easy. Everything worked and we had no problems during our stay We would love to stay there again soon!

My husband and I loved this little dog friendly beach house. Linda was very polite and prompt with her responses and even set out a beach umbrella and chairs for us to use. The property was very clean, inviting and was in a great location.The only part about the property my husband and I did not like was the bathroom, there was no door, only a shower curtain. Even though my husband and I have been together for 6 years there’s a certain amount of privacy you want and expect when using the bathroom. We made it work of course, but it was far from ideal. That being said though, we’d still book here again

Linda and Buck’s house was very welcoming! It was extremely clean and convenient to the beach, being just a quick car drive away. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Linda was a pleasure to communicate with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic little place, just perfect for couples and their faithful pups! Decorated with a cozy beach flair. Walmart grocery delivery to the door made everything easy and the drive to beach is just a few minutes. We’ll be staying again!

The home is beautiful. It had everything you need in the kitchen. The living room and bedroom are very inviting and comfortable. It is very up to date and clean. The location is close to the beach and many restaurants. The check-in is very easy and the hosts provide any and all information that you need. This is our 2nd year staying here and I highly recommend it.

The cottage was very neat and orderly when we arrived. There were no issues with any part of our stay. Full kitchen, king size bed, Wi-Fi access, and a fenced in back yard perfect for our dog. Super close drive to the Holden Beach. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend this cozy gem to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is exactly as described. It’s very convenient to Holden Beach and there is a grocery store just a couple minutes away. The cottage will be the first place we look for the next time we come to Holden Beach.

This my second stay at this cute cottage. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, very clean and close to everything. The best part is our furry family members are welcome. We all enjoy sitting on the patio in the fenced in back yard. The boat launch is very close. Perfect for cruising up the water way! We will be back.

This cottage in like new condition with all and extra amenities is one of our best experiences yet! Design highly functional ( we had dogs and that too was exceptional space for them ) Located privately away from hustle bustle and quaint ! The decor was well. Coordinated as if a pro did ! Felt like home away from home with a flare ! Hosts communications were top notch and all comforts provided and extra ! Plan on returning! Holden beach one of best beach areas we have experienced!

This house with fully fenced back yard was perfect for my child, dog and me. It’s an easy drive to shops, food and beach! The house is well maintained and you can tell the owners take pride in it. It was a good space for a quick beach getaway!

Perfect cottage for 2 and our two dogs. Everything we needed was on-site and the cottage was beautifully painted and decorated like a little island get away. The backyard was fully fenced and accessed from the cottage back door and worked well for our two dogs.Holden Beach was a few minutes drive over the bridge. We were there during a cold winter spell but still fully enjoyed the sunnier days walking the beach or riding our bikes on the bike trail. The owners are superfriendly and accomodating. There was plenty of room for both of our vehicles, a truck and an SUV. The cottage is set back from the road so it was nice and quiet. There was one place open nearby, a little diner named Archibald's that had very friendly service open Thursday through Monday. There is a Dollar Store , Walgreens and a Food Lion very nearby as well. We had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful visit and were sorry to leave our quiet retreat.

I found the rental at the last minute. Other than having a problem setting up my Vrbo account, it was a great experience. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They even wished me a Merry Christmas. It was a great little cottage and I would definitely stay there again. I would give it a 6 star rating if I could.

This home was perfect for my family! The home is gorgeous and very clean! The kitchen is very well stocked! This is perfect place to stay away from the hustle and the bustle and just a short drive to beach. We will definitely reserve this home again soon!

Cute cottage perfect for a couple with a small cavapoo. Puppy was fascinated with rooster who came to the front glass siding door.

We were very pleased with this rental. It was spotless. The bed and linens were great - we slept well. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two Jack Russells. It was convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup with us. It’s within minutes of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. Honestly the bed was so comfortable I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in months! We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! House was clean, well stocked, and a great location! The only issue we had was no means of water on the outside to rinse our feet off from the beach. Hated walking in with all the sand. I would definitely stay here again tho!
