No Holden Back Luxury 2nd Row Home, 4 Bedrooms / 3.5 Bathrooms

We stayed for spring break. Short walk to beach. Beautifully decorated. Huge kitchen that made it easy for multiple adults to gather in to cook meals. Lovely porch views in front & back that were perfect for having morning coffee & cocktails after a beach day. Loved this house. Would be great for a few families to share with the bunk room & day bed/trundle upstairs.

Our family of five adults and an infant stayed at this property for a week. The location and view and layout were great. We enjoyed hanging on the front porch during the day and back porch for the sunsets. And of course the walk to the beach. I will say the photos are misleading from a cleanliness and upkeep standpoint. There were busted tiles in the bathroom, algae growing in the shower, many light bulbs out, etc. And the cleanliness of the place was sub par. But overall we had a good time and would go again if the issues were addressed.

This was a great property for out multi-generational family with a well appointed Master on the first floor and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The front and back porches had lovely views of the ocean and marshland and beach access was very easy.

This is a beautiful beach house with, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous views from every window, and a quick walk to the beach. Loved this house and location.

We enjoyed our stay ar Serenity. Its is nicely renovated with good layout and porch views one stay away from a quiet beach. The downsides were the King wasnt in the room with the attached big bath, so this was dissappointing. The other thing was that the “rec” room only had a twin bed no Tv or other furniture which would have made for a 2nd gathering spot after a day at beach. Seems like a wasted space with a nice bar area and mini fridge. Overall this is a very nice home in great location. Was our first trip to Holden but wont be our last!

House was in a great location and the inside was beautiful. We enjoyed the recent updates that were done. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Bathrooms updates were incredible. Loved the Master bedroom shower. A small refrigerator in the upstairs area was perfect for keeping drinks. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rockers. It was a short walk to the beach. We had a great weather week which was a plus. We would definitely choose this property again.

What a lovely place to stay. We had 11 people and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, glassware, and silverware. It is just two houses away from beach access. We definitely enjoyed staying at Serenity West.

Very nice, spacious home with beautiful ocean views. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooking & dining essentials, it even had an ice maker which was a nice surprise. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we experienced difficulties with the main level AC unit, but luckily we were able to open the windows to allow a nice cool breeze in. Other than that, overall a very pleasant experience! Would recommend!

Issues with air conditioner and vent system. Do not feel for the amount of rent being charged you should find roaches. Killed two swept up another three. Please these issues should not and did not ruin the vacation.
