Your family will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water.brbrThe home is built on an inverted floor plan with four bedrooms on the first level: facing the ocean are: a six-person bunk bed room that is perfect for kids and a queen bedroom, and facing the marsh are one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Also on the second level are: the kitchen, dining room and living room, all with views of both the ocean and marsh.
