This 3- bedroom, 2.5 bath home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, including a Sleep Number mattress in the Master Bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen includes new appliances with a gas stove, dishwasher and a large dining table. Bed linens, towels & toiletries are provided, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, 3 Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, gas fireplace, and parking for 4 vehicles.brbrThe large family room includes a DVD player and gaming table with a variety of games and puzzles available, so send the kids downstairs while the adults relax on the main floor. Enjoy the covered porch or have dinner on the deck while listening to the tranquil stream. You'll be sure to see a deer or two during your stay!brbrWe pride ourselves on providing an exceptionally clean space for our guests so please respect our House Rules (and future guests) by helping us to maintain this clean space. Be aware that we do allow dogs, so if you have allergies to pets, there are several other rentals in the area that will be happy to accommodate you. brbrThere is a pool table located in the loft.brbrGuests will enjoy our beautiful and spacious 2400 sq ft cabin all to themselves, with the master suite on the main level. On the lower level, you will find a large family room with leather sectional sofa, 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, laundry room, and a games table! There is also a sleeper sofa in the lower level.brbrAlthough the house is in an open wooded area, much of the property surrounding the cabin is private property. We ask that you take a moment to look at the property map in the guest book, and respect the property of the neighbors.brbrPLEASE NOTE: The drive to our cabin takes you across unpaved (gravel) roads which are well maintained. 2-wheel drive vehicles must use the driveway on the left at the bottom of the hill. Only 4-wheel drive or all-wheel vehicles can make it up the drive on the right side in order to park at the top of the hill. There are 2 parking spots to the left of the house for 2-wheel drive vehicles and 2 parking spots to the right of the house for 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles. Some people have found the parking at the top of the driveway a bit challenging as you may have to do a 3, 4, or 5 point turn to get into them depending on the size of your vehicle.brbrGuests will receive a Welcome Packet from the owners prior to arrival that will include everything else you'll need to know before you arrive at our cabin!brbrWe allow up to 2 dogs for a $75 fee. If you are bringing more than 2 dogs please let us know PRIOR to booking. You must select the number of dogs you are bringing when booking the cabin.

Curl up by the fire, rejuvenate in the quiet mountain air, or simply unwind on the three-tier deck with a good book and cocktail (my fav!). The neighborhood: Fleetwood trail, lake/river fishing, hiking, short ride to wineries, golf course, boutiques & resorts.brbrFleetwood Falls is on the edge of the New River. During summer months, we drop our floats in at the bridge and float down the river to the foot of the community, approximately 1 - 2 hours depending on how fast the water is moving and distance travelled.brbrIn Fall, we have a beautiful view of the mountains and enjoy watching all the color that surrounds. Fleetwood Falls offers a neighborhood trail and close proximity to a variety of hiking options.brbrWe are 15 minutes to West Jefferson, a vibe (!), brewery-filled, boutique-lined downtown which has become my ultimate favorite. We are 15 minutes to Old Barn Winery which is A-MAZ-ING. We are 20 minutes to downtown Boone and App State, stay with us for sporting events or visits with your college-kids. We are 40 minutes to Blowing Rock and Appalachian Ski Mountain for a full day ski slopes, tubing, and ice skating. AND, Sugar Mountain, our fav resort, is about 50 minutes.brbrThe SpacebrbrThis is a three bedroom, two bath cabin on the side of Fleetwood Mountain in the Fleetwood Falls Community. The main floor is an open living space for entertaining around the natural fireplace. The large TV provides access to all your favorite smart-apps. There is a first-floor bedroom with a king bed, go upstairs to a large master with two full beds and third room with four twin beds. The unfinished basement houses all the fun: hoops, darts, air hockey, and more.brbrA three-tier deck is off the back (remember that view I mentioned !) and includes rocking chairs, outdoor eating space, and other lounge-worthy chairs and tables. Every room has. access. to. views. Outside we have a fenced in yard, fire pit and gas grill.brbrThe home sleeps 10 comfortably. Hiking opportunities along the Blue Ridge Parkway and NC Mountains to Sea Trail are a quick drive over our hill, and the New River can be accessed about a mile away.
