Stayed Aug 29, 2025Charming lower level, daylight basement apartment with everything we needed. Clean and peaceful. The owners were attentive and courteous. Melodious creek and unique windchimes created an immediate relaxing environment upon arrival. We spent most of our time outdoors. There were welcoming kitties who kept us company while outside. Happy to stay again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025It was great for what we wanted but my only complaint was tha there was no light over the sink in the bathroom and couldn’t see to apply makeup. We were served delicious breakfast pastry on our last morning and enjoyed eating it outside on the patio.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The property itself was beautiful and quiet. The unit was a little tight for us older adults to move around, not much room. Also the bed for us was just not comfortable.We also did not see anywhere online that the unit did not have air. For us older adults, it just did not work.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025It seemed that the owner was doing construction upstairs and they worked until midnight both nights and started early so it was very noisy, there was tape over the door knob telling us not to remove and you would not have been able to lock the door

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We had a lovely couples getaway. This place is the perfect hideaway and we loved using the fireplace. The little creek is a short walk from the house and we got the blessing of seeing a few inches of snow while we were here. It was beautiful. I would love to stay again in the future!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This property is in the basement of the host's home. They have fixed up a very nice little apartment and made wonderful use of space. Everything we needed was included. They left information about the area which we found helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the view, listening to the stream and listening to those windchimes. The windchimes may be the most beautiful I have ever heard. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if wanting to come to this area.
