Square logs reminiscent of the Scotch Irish settlers in the 1700's make you feel as if you have stepped back to an earlier time. Large hemlocks, abundant on this property give Hemlock Point cabin its name. Furnished with antiques, a claw foot bathtub, a modern spa hot tub on the deck, natural materials, comfortable furniture, quilts, a soapstone fireplace (albeit gas logs), a real wood fireplace on the outside deck, a gun on the mantle, a variety of varmints hung on the wall (bought at auction)... collections to create an atmosphere of make believe.
