Stayed Dec 26, 2024Wonderful accommodations, very comfortable yet rustic cabin. Appreciated the hot tub and fenced in back yard for our dogs. Loved waking up to the cats and horses. Went horseback riding and took a couple trips into local towns of Wilsborough, Boone and Blowing Rock. definitely need to pull up maps before leaving premises due to no local internet! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the friendly staff!

Stayed Jan 19, 2024We stayed at The bunkhouse and was absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay! We took our daughter with some friends for her sweet 16th birthday. They wake up open the curtains and watched the horses(while in the warm) and even from the hot tub one morning ! The cats greeted us and stayed on our back screened in porch and was super friendly with all the kids. Hands downs ....a Beautiful cabin and We will be back!

Stayed Aug 25, 2023This is the perfect place to stay! They have everything you need right here; fabulous restaurant, pool, and your own personal hot tub! We will definitely stay here again. Another plus to this location is its not way up a mountain and still close to Boone. The horses are a plus too to watch and hear in the mornings!!!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Had Granddaughters their (1-celebtaing 16th birthday). She loves working with horses so the Bunk House was perfect. Loved the early morning views from the big window. It had everything we needed or wanted. If possible, we will come there again in the future. ALL the staff was SUPER !!!!!

Stayed May 24, 2023Clean & cozy . Easy access & use for our 80 year old father . Loved the walk in shower! Will recommend & come back Only issue, dog couch cover not clean & jacuzzi lid blocked view But we absolutely loved the ranch , house & stay Beautiful area to explore Suzie

Stayed Apr 14, 2023We loved it.Beautiful,clean Had every thing you could possibly need for a trip.From plates,utensils,pots and pans Clothes soap,dish soap,paper products.Grill and amazing hot tub.We will definetly come back next vacation.The staff were so friendly and caring.I really hated to leave.

Stayed Mar 10, 2023Wonderful property/horse farm/gated community. 1 and 3 year old girls loved watching the horses out the window and petting them. Will bring them back for riding lessons when they are a little older. Everyone was really nice and helpful too. My only somewhat negative response is that it was hard to regulate the temperature in the house for sleeping purposes. My 1 year old's room was always 7 degrees warmer than my 3 yr old's room (using baby monitors to track and it just felt a lot warmer). I'm not sure there's much you can do about that though unless there's just a problem with ventilation.
