Owner lives next door and ready to help if there is an issue but you will feel secluded in this lovingly appointed house in the woods. This is a great place to relax with family for a few days or to just stay in a truly peaceful space while you decompress with friends. Nice fenced in back yard with deck and grill will help you enjoy the outdoors with a wooded view. Front porch looks out onto the country drive and more trees. Woods right next to the house can be explored too. The house is 10 minutes to Carrboro downtown with shopping and restaurants. There is a Food Lion and a Chinese restaurant about 8 minutes away . We are close to Chapel Hill and not far from Durham, both offering more options. If you plan to stay for more than a month please contact me for special rates . Please , no loud parties, and gatherings should be limited to 10 people. You may hear professional musicians practicing down the street sometimes if you are outside but it is never loud. If you want to check in early or check out late please just book the extra date.
