The check-in is very easy with the code however, arriving even just a few minutes prior to check in time does not help as it is programmed to open only at that time.The house layout is perfect, allowing privacy for everyone and the big large family gathering room by the kitchen allows for a nice family timeSome sweet food gifts were awaiting us, which was a very nice touch. We had a problem with the barbecue hose and the owner replaced it within 10 minutes, which was awesome.The large front porch was very convenient to store beach items without dragging them inside keeping the house cleaner plus the hose by the steps to rinse off was a good thingThe kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of suppliesLocation is great for family with teenagers who were able to walk to the boardwalk without taking the car or to the beach.There was absolutely no disappointment at all, highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We found the house to be very clean and well set up for our stay. The location is excellent for access to the beach and the town. The bed we used was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the usual equipment and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Often when staying at a rental the hosts leave a small welcome gift of, say, coffee but in this case we were provided with coffee, cookies, cinnamon loaf and dog treats. All very nice. It is no surprise this house has received glowing reviews.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Little Blue. The house was super clean and all the amenity were excellent. The AC worked great and it was fun to have an screened in porch and lawn to play games on. It was close enough to walk to the beach, yet far enough away to avoid the normal beach town bustle. We plan to return again in a couple of years.
