This is a 500 sq ft unit 2 rows from the beach. Walk out of your condo and down to the beach, the boardwalk, the market or the bar. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the pullout couch has an additional full size memory foam pull out. Two twin size bunk beds available. Beautiful newly renovated top to bottom bathroom and newer LVP flooring!

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Host was very responsive and courteous. The condo was perfect. During our trip we didn’t have to drive anywhere as the condo was in walking distance to food/ shopping and the beach. Condo was clean and the host was perfect. We will definitely return.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This cozy condo is in the perfect location. As it is located right across from the main beach access, it was a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. In addition, there were plenty of food choices available. The washer and dryer allowed for clothes to be washed. The grill was great for a cookout. The outdoor shower was great to get the sand off. The pumpkin French toast at Kate' s next door was amazing! I will certainly be staying again!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024I stayed while attending the Cape Fear Kite Festival. Admittedly I did not spend a lot of time in the unit, but the time I did spend was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with most everything one would need for a week's stay.
