The condo is a one-level top-floor residence with zero-step elevator access, making this truly handicap-accessible. The unit has an open floor plan with wide hallways, an open dining area with a banquet-style dining table, a great room with a comfy linen sofa and leather armchairs, a gas fireplace, a Bose stereo, and a large HDTV. The kitchen is a chef's delight with quartz counters, stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, and a huge center island with additional barstool seating. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular coffee maker. There are long-range views from all of the areas mentioned above.brbrThe master suite has a king bed, towering ceilings, a large HDTV, a comfy leather armchair, and a private ensuite bathroom. The master suite also has a private, open-air deck with comfortable outdoor seating. The second bedroom is a queen with an HDTV and has private access to the second full bathroom, also accessible from the hall through a second door. The great room sofa can sleep an extra person. However, it is not a pullout. A nice air mattress in the closet can be set up and used for additional sleeping. brbrThe large covered deck off of the living room offers panoramic mountain views, a large stainless grill with hood/fan, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a relaxed, three-sided-sectional outdoor sofa, from which guests can enjoy the mountain views and breezes.
