An APEC reverse osmosis water filtration system has been installed in the kitchen to provide clean bottle quality water to drink to eliminate the need to bring bottled water. The front porch offers beautiful sunset views over the lake, and the back deck overlooks a large back yard. This property includes lakefront access across the road with a stamped concrete patio and seating to enjoy the sunsets.brNearby attractions include wineries, breweries, restaurants, boat tours, golf courses, shopping, salons and spas. A full bath is down the hall, with full sized tub/shower. Municipal water is provided, with a water softener. A washer and dryer is available if needed for longer stays. The property is picturesque, with private, wooded lot, with no nearby neighbors. The ample parking provides a circular drive, making access and departure easy. There is an outdoor patio with picnic area and separate seating to enjoy a campfire. The lack of nearby streetlights allows the guests to enjoy starry nights and peaceful sleep. There are acres of hiking trails and a delightful creek nearby within walking distance.
