Historic Skylight Studio - 1 Bedroom Apartment

This rental is a gem! Beautifully renovated while keeping the historic charm. We loved the openness and all the natural lighting. Rooftop access was a bonus. Withing walking distance to the lake and surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend you stay here if you're in the area for a couples getaway!

We loved the location of this property. We come to the finger lakes annually and usually stay in a lake house with family. Since it was just two of us this trip, we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars in the evening as well as have breakfast options close by. We also enjoyed the history of the space and the time the hosts put into writing that up in the book in the apartment. Having parking was amazing and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed, to include AC since this was a hot summer. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great time in Geneva and our stay at Skylight Studio. The decor and ambiance was perfect.

The condo is beautiful. Well stocked, very clean and modern. My reason for taking off a star involves other factors. Our last evening (Tuesday), we were kept up by a group across the street playing their music VERY LOUD, carrying on, etc. until a ridiculous time amd even street racing. I can’t believe nothing was done about this-and ironic the condo is in a lawyer’s office. Another note for potential renters-be mindful that many of the restaurants/wineries close different days of the week. Our first 2 choices on Tuesday were closed (one it was their regular closed day and the other was closed due to staff vacations). I realize these factors are nothing the condo owners can control but wanted to let potential renters know the good, bad, and ugly…and there truly was a lot of good. Just bring ear plugs and be flexible with your dining,

10/10 location, cleanliness, and ease of communication with the hosts. Would stay again and recommend!

We had a lovely 4 night stay here with everything we wanted. The apartment was centrally located to everything we needed and we were able to walk to so many additional findings. The apartment was extremely clean and the owners were very welcoming and hospitable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Perfect for a wine tasting vacation with fun views of the lake!

We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The studio is beautifully renovated and very well stocked. The owners were amazing to deal with. If I had to say anything negative it would be this; the bedroom faces the street and is across from a bar. It was very noisy all night long.

The location couldnt be more perfect! Withing walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Its also centrally located close to all the sights. Overall a great place.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We were visiting our son who plays soccer at Hobart. The location is perfect for visiting campus, walking to restaurants/bars, shops, and the waterfront. The property is new, clean and comfortable for two guests.

Historical, cozy, and centrally-located, the Studio is a unique and perfect getaway spot, generously and thoughtfully appointed by a consummate host. I hope to have the opportunity to return!

Everything was just as advertised. Great location, comfortable, updated and super clean. Managers are very responsive and accessible. Next to all restaurants and shops. Easy access to several great wineries. Only hiccup is the unit is near downtown (which is great) so a little noisy at night. But noise level goes down after 11 PM, so not a huge deal.. thank you for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the Skylight Studio! We really appreciated the efforts made to retain the historic charm while offering updated amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. We brought our bikes and were able to store them securely in the entryway. Short walk to great food. Everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in the Finger Lakes!

The space was unique and wonderful, full of light and spacious. The history of the building was a cool surprise. The deck ( in progress) was a great space to sit, relax and drink wine. We were in walking distance of the lake and amazing restaurants. This is a small town full of surprises.

We found a gem in this stunning apartment, just steps away from the lake and all the restaurants and charm that downtown Geneva holds in store. The first time we walked up into the historic third floor space, big smiles came across our faces as we saw the open, clean, stylish interior. The space is lovely and immaculate. On our first night a storm blew through, causing a power outage downtown, and our hosts David and Karla replied immediately when we contacted them, advising us how to proceed and checking back in on us the next morning. They were great! We plan to return to the Skylight Studio on our next visit to Geneva!

The location of the apartment was great. Great central location for all Seneca lake activities and winery visits. The apartment was so well thought out as a vacation rental stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen to staples you may forget in traveling. It was an amazing balance between history and modern amenities. Decorated so tastefully. Really enjoyed our stay.
