With 1.5 modern bathrooms, the home is well-equipped for both short and extended stays.

The home is centrally located, just a short walk from campus (20 min walk), local parks, and the boutiques, restaurants, and cafes of downtown Geneva(17 min walk).

**Check-Out Made Simple! ️:**
As you bid farewell to your temporary haven, a few quick steps ensure a seamless departure. Lock up any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock, ensuring the safety of the home. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher, kickstart a cycle – this small gesture helps our cleaners for a speedy turnover, creating a welcoming space for the next guest. ️ garbage pick up is Fridays so please have cans out thursday evening. Thank you!

❄️ **Check Thermostats and AC Units! ️**
Before you leave, make sure the thermostat is turned down to 60 degrees. If there are any window AC units, please turn them off. If you've made any adjustments during your stay, a quick reset ensures everyone feels right at home. Your thoughtful touches make a world of difference! ️

For the security of all, note that there are cameras on the exterior of the home by the front door. To keep the serenity intact, please refrain from hosting parties or events outside of your designated guest list. We appreciate your understanding in making everyone's stay enjoyable!

Upon arrival, please review the property and notify us of any issues or damages within the first hour of your stay. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure you have an enjoyable experience.

The Grill is a gas grill, there are tanks there, but we do not supply or regulate the propane in them.

For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.
