There is a large open kitchen/great room with timber accents, rock fireplace, and large windows that walk out onto a covered porch and patio with outdoor fire pit. Includes leather couches, large screen t.v., and pool table.brbrThere is an apartment above the garage that is rented separately, called the Glacier Hideaway. The apartment has a separate entrance and is oriented in the opposite direction from the house, so both places maintain their own privacy.brParties or weddings (any event allowing more persons than those renting the house) allowed with written approval from homeowner and come at an additional $3,500 cost, and only opens the property outside of the home to other. You still need to rent a tent, porta potties, tables/chairs, etc. brbrNo one outside of the people staying are allowed without prior approval, and no more than 4 vehicles allowed anytime. Sadly, several renters have used my house as a party place resulting in broken items, additional cleaning and outright disrespect. If you have plans for anyone else visiting, please inquire and provide details.br1) Respect quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. br2) Please treat this like your home and keep floors, windows and counters clean throughout your stay.br3) BBQ Grill must be cleaned after use or will resolve in a $40 cleaning charge.br4) Put nothing other than toilet paper in toilets...we have a very sensitive system that will backup if clogged.br5) No beer pongbr6) No incense or candles please and thank you.br7) Do not use metal on the pots and pans.
