This 3500 square foot house sits on 20 acres with 360 degree views of Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. There is a large open kitchen/great room with timber accents, rock fireplace, and large windows that walk out onto a covered porch and patio with outdoor fire pit. Includes leather couches, large screen t.v., and pool table.

There is an apartment above the garage that is rented separately, called the Glacier Hideaway. The apartment has a separate entrance and isoriented in the opposite direction from the house, so both places maintain their own privacy.
Parties or weddings (any event allowing more persons than those renting the house) allowed with written approval from homeowner and come at an additional $3,500 cost, and only opens the property outside of the home to other. You still need to rent a tent, porta potties, tables/chairs, etc.

No one outside of the people staying are allowed without prior approval, and no more than 4 vehicles allowed anytime. Sadly, several renters have used my house as a party place resulting in broken items, additional cleaning and outright disrespect. If you have plans for anyone else visiting, please inquire and provide details.
1) Respect quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
2) Please treat this like your home and keep floors, windows and counters clean throughout your stay.
3) BBQ Grill must be cleaned after use or will resolve in a $40 cleaning charge.
4) Put nothing other than toilet paper in toilets...we have a very sensitive system that will backup if clogged.
5) No beer pong
6) No incense or candles please and thank you.
7) Do not use metal on the pots and pans. If scratches are made, you will be charged a replacement fee.
8) No parties or events. No persons other than those renting the house allowed only with written approval from homeowner and may come at an additional expense.     The location and setting of this property is 5 star. Really enjoyed the views! Upon entering the home, the leather couch looked really worn. Bar stools were mis-matched and the door to the deck by the grill didn’t lock. The sheets and towels had the strongest perfumy detergent smell that was nauseating. Any hotel would never have linens with a smell. Our comforter had a rip in it and was very cheap. I would recommend coverlets that wear better with an extra blanket. The kitchen is very equipped and we enjoyed preparing our meals there. Perfect place to stay when visiting Glacier Park.

    This house was so perfect in every way. We took our family which consisted of my husband and myself, our daughter and her fiance and our two sons 25 and 17. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and had some beds to spare. The kitchen had everything you could ever need or want and the outdoor space was my favorite place to be! The location being so close to the park entrance was super handy. I just can't say enough great things about this property. Would highly recommend!!

    It was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was there so great for meal prep and plenty of seating. We especially enjoyed time on the deck with its great view and the kids had a blast in the pond. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you!!

    One word: Perfect. Nothing about this house is less than 5 stars. The kitchen has every piece of cook/bakeware and gadget you can think of. Bedrooms are comfortable. Plenty of board games and streaming services to keep even the most grumpy teenager happy. The master bath is like a spa and even the downstairs bath is huge! The view is spectacular. QUICK access to West Glacier entrance and HWY 2 but still a feeling of seclusion. Felt completely alone and it was awesome. Many of the other places around you are right next door to someone. This was exactly what we needed and wanted!! Lindsey was a great host. Quick turn around on ALL my questions from the moment we booked. I was so pleased with everything about this home.
