This guest house is at the center of our 30 acre Gentlemen's ranch, one mile south of Suttons Bay and 1/2 mile from the Bay. The address for our location is 1624 South West Bayshore Drive (which is M-22), Suttons Bay While there is not a water view unless you are on top one of our hills, the setting is an idyllic location with panoramic valley and hill views. This house has a warm natural all wood interior with beautiful artwork, yet all the modern amenities such as wifi and satellite TV with multiple movie channels. br The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained by the Landscape Architect owner. br There is a large open area that includes a wrap-around leather couch and a loft with two beds along with a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed with an exceptional quality mattress. It is important to note that the only access to the loft is a straight up and down ladder. Because of this if you have kids younger than five or adults older than 40 or so (depending how spry you feel) the loft is probably not for you. brThere is plenty of room to park any toys (campers, boats, trailers) right on the property. The owners have a 26 foot motorboat and other water toys, so arrangements could be made for their use. If there is a need to stall your horses, or if you want to ride a horse or two, those arrangements can be made as well. br On the property is a large barn, a small barn (both for horses) along with indoor and outdoor riding arenas.
