Nice quiet place at the end of a nice quiet road. Has nice living areas on the main floor and a nice suite in the lower level, both with bedrooms/bathrooms. Comfy couch and other nice furniture on the main floor with a lovely view of the lake. Watched deer browsing in the back yard each morning while sipping our coffee. Enjoyed our stay.

Joe was awesome, great stay, would highly recommend.

Beautiful location great accommodations very quiet and scenic

We loved our vacation to Sutton's Bay! The home was so nice and the air conditioning worked amazing! The beds were comfy. Communication was great with the host. The list of restaurants was great - top notch! There was even a mini apartment downstairs! There is a little dock and access to the woods - so pretty!

We had a WONDERFUL stay here, perfect for the two families we had staying together. The land is beautiful, the treehouse was clutch, and the bedroom layout was ideal. Thank you so much! 5 stars!

The property recently underwent renovations and was nice and clean. The upstairs porch and picnic area in the back (with the fireplace) was very nice, we were most thrilled about that. A few minor things to keep in mind for future guests, there is no oven and the sink/shower water is very much well water, so if you are not a fan of the well water smell, your shower time might be reduced in half. Overall, the location is secluded and has beautiful morning views where the sun comes up on the small lake. Joe is great, he is responsive and wants to make sure you and your guests have a great time while staying at the property. Would recommend staying here for future guests.

The location is excellent to get to sleeping bear dunes and traverse city and the house was kept very clean. The hosts are very friendly.

Clean Number of beds was deceiving. 2 futons in the living room made socializing difficult Flooring in the lower level apartment was bubbled which made it difficult to walk definitely needs to be fixed. No oven was unexpected

We were there for a wedding at the Starry Night Barn. The location was very convenient.

We were able to travel to so many fun destinations due to the amazing location! There was plenty of space to sleep and lots of bathrooms with tubs so we could get up and ready for the day and cleaned up at night! The family room and dining room were spacious and allowed us all to gather and play games. The deck had plenty of chairs and we were able to enjoy morning coffee and evening dinner/drinks with views of the pond. During our stay, we only had one minor issue, but the property manager was very quick to help. The dim lighting in the kitchen made it a bit tricky to prepare some meals, but it was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
