Waterfront 4 bed/4 bath in the heart of wine country.

It was spacious and nicely decorated and the perfect setting on the water. The owners are very responsive to any question you may have.

The house is close to shopping and restaurants and an excellent coffee place. The house is right on the bay with a small beach and easy access to the water. The kitchens (2) are well equipped. The host was in contact with me often to check in and make sure we were comfortable.The check-in and check out was simple.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home with our friends from the east coast. The house was perfect in every way and our host Tom even let us know that thr northern lights were visible on one of our nights while we were there.

Magnificent view of Sutton’s Bay. Great for kayaking. Beautiful sandy beach area. Large area for family gatherings on the water. Will definitely be back!

Great place for family and friends! Located directly on Suttons Bay with sandy beach! Nice backyard with dock and fire pit! Well, definitely be back!

This property is an absolute gem! Consider staying here without hesitation. Reluctant to encourage bookings to avoid it being fully booked in the future. Returned for the second year, extended stay by two days due to wanting more. Picturesque views from the exquisite home along the water's edge are unparalleled. Each room maximizes natural light and breathtaking views. Waking up in the morning feels like perching above the water. Family room area is surrounded by windows for an immersive experience. The house is equipped with more amenities than any vacationer could possibly need. It is safe to say that we have developed a deep affection for this home. We had a great wine tour with Grand Traverse Tours and rented jet skis from PlayNorth Watersports, enjoying the water. PlayNorth Watersports was great to work with. Tom, our host, was as exceptional as always, readily available to answer any questions and provide valuable guidance throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

Our stay at this Sutton's Bay home was fabulous! And I do mean this is a home, not a property. Four couples had plenty of room to hang out, whether in the living room, on the lower level, patio or dock, we had all we needed and great water views, too. Care has been taken to decorate the home, with personal mementos and photos. The landscaping is beautiful as well. The area was quiet for walking and for stargazing -- but also close to the adorable town of Sutton's Bay and its restaurants and shops. We took advantage of the location to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown, Grand Traverse Bay Lighthouse, Old Mission Peninsula and Traverse City. We visited area restaurants (enjoyed 45th Parallel Cafe and others) and wineries (so many, so close). In other words, we had a great time in Michigan! Thank you for opening your home to us!
