Stayed Jun 21, 2021Private space next to M-22. Great for a couple. Very close to downtown Sutton's Bay and direct;y across the road from banking, grocery shopping, laundromat and dining. Traffic noise was very bad though. I thought that one of the windows was open it was so loud. Buildings and property need a little better upkeep but are adequate.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025This property has everything needed . The kitchen is very nice with all the tools and equipment.. My first problem was finding it . The address is a side street back into a very quiet nice neighborhood. The actual location is around the corner on m22 that doesn't even look like a driveway that really should have a sign on it. And when I entered the room it was very hot . There were an air conditioning unit in the window a ceiling fan and a split unit on the wall. There were no instructions for how to use any of these. I managed to turn on the window air conditioner, you just push a button. In order to get the split system working I had to call the management and she were very helpful and got me where I needed to be with that. The ceiling fan never worked for me nor internet and TV never worked for me. So while I enjoyed my stay there and the manager of the property was very helpful I can't really give this a very good review. It's not quiet . Noise from traffic was intermittent but at night delivery trucks come in at like 3:00AM. In the morning then traffic picks up around 8:00 or 9:00 so I got very little sleep. The worst part was when I got up to prepare to leave there was no water. That was the final nail in the coffin.I waited to write a review while still upset about the situation. As it turns out the longer I wait the less I liked it .I personally would not go back.

Stayed Sep 8, 2025The outdoor setting exceeded our expectations. The location is perfectly located tucked among trees, the bay and walking to restaurants. The apartment was described well in the information and was a great price. We would like to come back to a cottage with a view next time. The views are stellar and worth the extra price.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025This loft apartment was in a very good location. Downtown was easily walkable and a very nice bike/walking trail was just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was adequate for a week-long, two-person stay and there was plenty of space for two. The traffic noise was not a problem with the air condition on.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025My husband and I took a week away. This was the perfect little place. Close to the lake, private beach, walking distance to downtown. Driving to local small towns was close as well. We went to the Cherry Festival in Traverse City and it was around a 30 min drive. We definitely plan to return!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Great location walkable to downtown. Super cute, everything you need included. Very easy to get to right off the main road. Cute little shared fire pit/beach area, can walk over to the public beach park too. Great location, cozy spot to stay. Would love to come back!!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024This property was perfect for our our stay (two people). Very walkable to downtown Suttons Bay and a twenty minute drive to Traverse City downtown. There is also a grocery store just across the street (also walkable). The size of the studio was just right for two people. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The only critique is that the bathroom needs a fan for humidity ventilation. Pam the property manager called ahead of time to ensure I had instructions on how to find the location, which was really helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023We enjoyed our stay at your VRBO very much! It was beautiful and wonderfully comfortable. Our stay was during a windy and chilly weekend in October, but the studio apartment was kept warm by the adjustable heater. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. and we appreciated that. My husband was thrilled with the large TV to watch football games. We will certainly be back! Thank you for having us!
